I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The location is extremely remote — far from the city center — with no available transportation options except through the hotel itself, which charges very high prices for transfers. There are also no nearby facilities like pharmacies or stores, making it very difficult to access urgent needs such as medication or even basic items like baby diapers. Throughout the stay, I felt isolated and cut off from everything. The staff service was another major letdown. Many employees would only assist after expecting tips, making interactions uncomfortable and unprofessional. Food quality and variety were poor, and both my wife and I suffered from severe diarrhea, which we strongly believe was due to the hotel’s dining options. The activities and entertainment programs were extremely limited and unimpressive, and the animation team did little to engage guests. Drinks served were heavily diluted with water, and hygiene standards were shockingly low. Cups and utensils often had bad odors, including the smell of alcohol, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness and health safety. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience. There are many better options available where service, hygiene, and guest satisfaction are genuinely prioritized.

Neuveriteľný super priateľský personál, tak užitočný a úžasný tím. Budova je veľmi dobre udržiavaná a super čistá, jedlo je úžasné.. super spokojní so službami a tímom, vďaka ktorému bola naša dovolenka úžasná! Veľmi pekne vám ďakujem za úžasnú pohostinnosť

Hotel je veľmi dobrý. S obsluhou sme boli spokojní, jedlo bolo dobré, len trochu väčší výber jedál ak by bol, bolo by to super. Čo sa nám nepáčilo, boli animátori. Ponúkajú večer na diskotéke, pýtajú si sprepitné a ak im odmietnete dať alebo nechcete ísť na diskotéku sú drzí, arogantní. Nerobia si svoju prácu. Nudili sme sa. Slabý program cez deň na pláži. Pijú alkohol

Holiday 15.05-22.05. We were satisfied with the service, the food was good, just a little more choice of dishes if there was, it would be great. Sweets, desserts were amazing. What we didn't like were the animators. They offer to spend the evening at the disco, ask for a tip and if you refuse to give them or don't want to go to the disco they are rude, arrogant. They don't do their job. We were bored. Poor program during the day on the beach. They even drank beer
