Andalúzia - Costa del Sol & Costa Tropical recenzie hotelov

I got so many mixed emotions from this hotel, so I’m gonna make a long and in my opinion a very honest review. English is not my first language, so I apologize in advance for any typos. We are a family, 2 adults and 2 kids. One 4 year old, and a baby. First off, this I a hotel primarily for the British. A good guess is 70% of the hotel is British and you can fell that right away. The food 2/5 Primarily British food, a lot of white bread and cake. A lot of spam sausage and burgers. There is a lot of kids running around the buffet touching stuff, and then putting it back, I even saw a kid take a ice cube in his mouth, to then put it back in the ice container. Do not pick this hotel for the food. Eating times are ridiculous, lunch at 13.30 and dinner at 19.30. Wayyyy to late for small kids. Maybe this works for you, but certainly didn't for us The room 3.5/5 The rooms are huge, there is a kitchen( that does not make any sense since it’s a all inclusive hotel, but it’s pretty convenient) There is a huge balcony whit a nice view of the mountains and the water. There is no AC in the room, it’s a fan disguises as a AC. I will not be able too cool down the room and in the peak of summer I can’t imagine staying in this room. There where 2 safeboxes in the room, non of them worked. There is a static noise that can be heard 24/7 unless you got the "ac" on. Remember earplugs The hotel 2/5 There are 2 pools on the hotel premises, but are non heated and a little cold here in the end of may. There is a Bar that serves soft drinks and beer, you can even have a slushy. But the smoking is disgusting. There is a indoor pool area that is extremely expensive and not apart of the all inclusive. The hotel itself seems a bit rundown. There is a shop inside the hotel, with is pretty nice since there is no shopping opportunities nearby. There is a beach club at the end of the road to the hotel( shuttle bus every 15minutes) it’s part of the all inclusive and shared between the 4 holiday resort. Fantastic place, but absolutely ridiculous height rules, all kids under 140 can not trie any of the slides. And it does not make any sense The personal. 5/5 I am pretty sure this hotel would be closed if it wasn’t for the staff. They are very nice, and the animation team at the pool are great. I would love to give this hotel 2.5 start, but I can’t. And this not a 3 star review, so 2 it is.

Personál bol veľmi pozorný a priateľský, bufet nemá širokú škálu

Bardzo fajny kompleks, jest wszystko czego potrzeba, czyściutko. Ciepła woda w basenie (koniec Maja) sklep kilka kroków, restauracja na miejscu. Super dla tych ci chcą poleżeć nad basenem w ciszy i poczytać książkę i fajna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania. Jeśli ktoś szuka rozrywki typu bary, uliczki ze sklepami to nie tutaj.

Byliśmy w połowie maja 2025. POKOJE: mieliśmy pokój Superior, gdzie kanapa zasłaniała nam szafę i nie mogliśmy z niej korzystać. Samodzielnie musieliśmy przemeblować pokój by mieć dostęp do szafy, która przy dłuższych wyjazdach jest przydatna. Prysznic w łazience ledwo działał. Malutki balkonik, ale ważne, że był. Łóżka pojedyncze zsunięte. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie, ale nasz wyjątkowo późno (koło 14). JEDZENIE: Smaczne, ale jednak lekko monotonne. Co wieczór jakaś tematyczna kolacja, ale bardzo skromny wybór. Były również owoce morza, ale w większości tylko ugotowane, nie były dodatkowo przyrządzane. Drinki alkoholowe - chyba najmocniejsze do tej pory. Na all inclusive restauracja ala carte nie obowiązuje poza sezonem, czego dowiedzieliśmy się dopiero w hotelu. Cappuccino - poza all. Wieczorem limit dwóch drinków na osobę. OKOLICA: Dość daleko do centrum Torremolinos (ale łatwy dojazd pociągiem C1). Plaża dosłownie obok. Na ogromny plus odległość od lotniska w Maladze. HOTEL: Największy minus - lodowata woda w basenie. Niestety nie są podgrzewane. Dwa główne baseny. Drugi (ten dalszy) umiejscowiony obok restauracji ala carte - w takim bardzo wietrznym miejscu. Nie można palić na basenie nawet na otwartych leżakach które były daleko od basenu. Osobno wydzielone strefy. Ogólnie - było okej. Pogoda utrzymywała się na poziomie 23-26 stopni. Gdyby nie zimna woda w basenie, wykluczenia z all in to byłoby naprawdę w porządku. Animacje co wieczór - dużo miejsc do siedzenia.

Hanba, že stále obchodujú. S hygienou tu nie je niečo strašne zlé. Z tohto hotela sú ľudia chorí. Hrubý, bezohľadný a ľahostajný personál. Pre vaše zdravie sa, prosím, držte ďalej. Nikdy v živote som nebol taký chorý. Keď niekto zomrie, možno niečo urobí. Nenechajte sa tým zaoberať vy alebo váš blízky. V Torremolinos je veľa bezpečnejších hotelov a jedlo je tu aj tak dosť hrozné. Nebudem zverejňovať fotografie zvratkov v ich umývadlách, pretože je to jednoducho nechutné, ale táto spoločnosť značne zlyháva vo svojej povinnosti starostlivosti.

Nerobte to pre seba. - dosť špinavé, napr. pri raňajkách som nemohol nájsť jediný čistý tanier, všetko veľmi mastné, ako keby neboli správne umyté. Preto je nebezpečný najmä pre deti a tehotné ženy. - izby veľmi staré, extra malé postele - veľa vecí pokazených, napr. nedá sa zmeniť na sprchu, čo spôsobuje, že z kohútika tečie veľa nevyužitej vody. - žiadna zvuková izolácia, takže žiadny spánok v noci - umiestnenie dosť zlé - zaplatili sme približne 170 € za izbu a to bolo príliš veľa.
