Ich gebe 3 Sterne- einen für das tolle Programm für die Kinder, einen für Strand und Poollandschaft und einen für die schöne und saubere Anlage Negativ ist das furchtbare und total überteuerte essen sowie unser dreckiges und altes Apartment. Unser Bad war voller Ameisen.

Camping Platz ist groß und sehr schön angelegt. Aber voll und stressig...gerade wenn große familien gruppen zusammen stehen mit ihrer Wohnwagen. Flughafen muss sehr näh sein . Sanitär ist Top gepflegt. Personal sehr freundlich Preis für Camper und 2 Personen absolut ok. Highlight ist der Sand Strand sehr klein, aber lang. ideal für klein Kinder. Pool Anlage ist sauber und gepflegt. Anlage wird langsam alt und hier und da ist nicht aufgeräumt .. und das bei so viele Sterne sollte nicht sein. Neue Poollandschaft wird gerade gebaut. Tolle Trimm dich Pfad.

Rude staff. Go elsewhere I am currently two days into a twelve-night stay at this resort, accommodated in the superior apartments. Upon arrival, our apartment had no electricity, which created an immediate inconvenience. The reception staff exhibit inconsistent service standards. While some team members are courteous and helpful, the majority display unprofessional and discourteous behavior. Communication with reception has been particularly challenging, with guests frequently being redirected between different departments without resolution. A significant concern regarding this establishment is their policy of charging fees for sun loungers at both the pool and beach areas. This practice is uncommon in the hospitality industry and creates an additional financial burden for guests who have already invested substantially in their accommodation. The resort appears to allocate more staff to collecting these fees than to providing adequate lifeguard services, which raises safety considerations. Several maintenance issues have been reported but remain unaddressed. Our in-room safe is non-functional despite multiple notifications to reception. Additionally, one of the apartment doors is damaged, which we have documented to avoid potential charges upon departure, though no repairs have been initiated. A recent incident at the reception shop highlighted pricing inconsistencies, where an item displayed at €4.50 was quoted at €8.50. After a 35-minute wait and being transferred between departments, the payment system was unavailable, requiring cash payment. When the pricing discrepancy was discovered, we declined the purchase due to the staff's unprofessional response. While the resort's location and physical setting are exceptional, the overall experience has been significantly diminished by questionable business practices and poor customer service. The additional charges for basic amenities, combined with inadequate staff training and maintenance issues, detract from what should be a premium hospitality experience. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this establishment to prospective guests, as the service quality does not justify the substantial financial investment required.

My wife and I stayed at the Amadria Park Jure for 4 nights and we was welcomed by a beautiful entrance with a gorgeous aroma that filled the hotel . We were warmly welcomed at reception by Josipa Lehac who was extremely friendly, happy and so polite . We were both offered a glass of champagne which was very welcoming after a flight from the UK. Our stay at the Amadria Park Jure has been wonderful, relaxing and peaceful. All the staff are friendly, the pool is amazing and the grounds are well maintained. Thank you again to Josipa who always spoke to us when she saw us and always had a smile . Regards Mr Patrick

Everything is absolutely fantastic. Such a wonderful hotel for kids. The wonderful front desk staff (shout out to Roberta & other lladies🎉 ) they are so kind and helpful...the kids workers (shout out Ivan, Eva, Abdel, Nour and other amazing kids team🎉) we're brilliant with our boys. The waterpark is just next door and is so nice. Its very clean. There's a wellness centre for over 18yrs which again is sooo clean. You can use the sauna, steam room or relax in the relation room while doing some mindfulness colouring. The food in the restaurant is wonderful. So much to choose from...shout out to all the chefs !! There's kids room and a game room with PlayStations. Hotel is very kid friendly decorated and even plays kid friendly music (Kidz bop). My husband had a birthday while we were there and they put a lovely non alcoholic bubbly in the room for the family...a wee kinder joy...a balloon...and at dinner they made him a cake and brought over with candles. Very thoughtful. We had a fantastic meal at dalmatian village with a wonderful waitress (shout out to Sanja🎉). We loved it here. We hope to return next year !!! I have a physical disability... So a little side note, everywhere is close with not much walking, there's a fun car out front that can drop you at dalmatian village if you're unable to walk far. There are elevators/lifts in the hotel. The room comes with a shoe horn, I use one of these every day back home so it was very much appreciated to have one in the room. Entertainment is all on ground level, which is wheelchair friendly. The indoor waterpark is all soft non slip flooring, if you're like me and have a fear of falling 😜. Then there's the wellness centre to get a treatment for any aches or pains. ♥️ Thanks for making it such a fantastic family holiday. ♥️ The Pang family Ireland ❤️

Lokalita je krásna, ale ubytovanie a strava nezodpovedajú trendom. Nie je to nič zvláštne.
