Мне понравился отель, у меня туристическая фирма, я отправлял туристов в этот отель и получал от них хорошие отзывы, потому и я забронировал этот отель для себя с семьей.

Great Hotel, we had a great time there, the weather and food were good, the service was very nice: Ibrahim deserves special mention, he entertained and encouraged the hotel guests to have a good time - a very nice and warm guy, but also Deniz the Manager: always well dressed and smiling and warm to the guests:)

Feelings regarding this hotel are really mixed up. So I will try to sum up bad and good things: TL;Dr: 5x🌟 hotel if you take animation team (daily animation team) from calculation! (I am really sorry for 3 stars as it is on the edge between 3 and 4) Good: - amazing service at reception - clean rooms and big rooms - food is really decent with a lot of choice, you can eat all day if you want at various places - big pool, gym and inner pool - you have beach towels replacement every day included in price - spa with Turkish bath, hamam and saunas are also inside the price - if you have all inclusive there are some strong drinks like ballantines, instead of cola there is Pepsi, I am not sure about other soft drinks sorry - night shows are one of the greatest hotels that I visited - people are cleaning outdoor area all the time Bad: - no pool with heated water so if you are here in bad weather it's a bit chilly to swim just for brave ones - The animation team is really bad - they don't speak English (almost impossible to communicate), they don't announce anything where it is what activity, there is nowhere board with schedule of daily activities (asking them for volleyball ball they were lying like we will give you later later until we didn't said something about it on reception) - this was really terrible - cocktail makers are below average and also any coffee in a hotel sucks if you don't like American style of coffee. There is dedicated space for Espresso (it's even called something in Italian) but lady who is making these needs to have some education about it tbh because machine for coffee is really good one - The light in the bathroom is really terrible like you have a candle, they should at least put some waterproof LED strip To sum: I would go with 🌟🌟🌟🌟 if animation team improve a lot, and if this is not important to you for this price it's 5 stars. Really nice hotel overall it's just that for me personally the animation team is important. And this team is really without words. Helpful tip not connected to this hotel and this one is not affecting my ratings of this hotel: taxi to hotel is best to book via book.ing (30 euros) as otherwise it will take you 50 euros (if you go on your own we managed to get price of 40 euros with a lot of struggle)

Zariadenie je kvalitné a čisté, problémom je však nedostatok orechov a personálu.

Bol som veľmi spokojný s hotelom, všetko bolo veľmi dobré, nočná zábava, jedlo bolo skvelé. Bola to veľmi pekná noc, naša izba bola veľmi pekná, dostali sme a veľa pozornosti, najmä pán Kadir, ďakujem za záujem pani Aykız Hotel je skvelý už päť rokov.

Všetko bolo skvelé, jedlo, čistota, pozornosť a animácia boli vynikajúce. Odporúčam každému, je to rodinný hotel, určite prídem znova.

Všetko je bohvieaký hotel je ideálny na dovolenku

Rodinna izba, spalna, manzelska postel, denne doplnany bar, tv, kreslo, balkon, vyhlad na more len ked sa trochu vyklonime. V druhej izbe 2 postele, okno otocene na pevninu. Vana, wc, umyvadlo, sampon, sprch.gel, kondicioner, 4 male uteraky, 4 osusky. Osusky na plaz sa dali vymenit raz za den. Upratovanie denne, aj vymena uterakov denne. Strava: ultra all inkluziv. Vela jedal na vyber, moznost jest aj pri plazi, pre deti wafle, lievance, zmrzlina,... Alkohol.napoje v cene, miesane drinky, pivo. V bare na plazi od 10.00, v hoteli nonstop. Animacie pre deti, aktivity pre dispelych, kazdy vecer program, potom dj alebo ziva hudba Lepsie sa dorozumiete po rusky ako po anglicky. Anglictina najlepsia na recepcii. Inde to len vyzera, ze vedia, maju naucenych par viet. More, plaz: plaz piesocnata, piesok horuci cez den, je dobre mat obuv. Na plazi vzdy dostatok lehatok so zatienenim, sprcha, bar. Na mole lehatka, pavilony. Vstup do mora cez drobne kamienky, po par metroch hlboka voda. Pre deti skor bazeny, kde bolo takmer nemozne najst volne lehatko. Vsetky nedostatky boli vo velmi kratkom case vyriesene, aj extra poziadavky. Čítať celú recenziu
