Bulharsko ano, kedykolvek, lebo Slnecne pobrezie je krasne plne peknych hotelov a perfektnych atrakcii, restauracii ale mrzi ma ze slovenski turisti su ubytovani prevazne v slabsich kategoriach hotelov, dalej od mora s nic moc sluzbami a preferuju sa ruski, nemecki, holandski turisti. Rada by som si priplatila za lepsiu kvalitu ubytovania a sluzieb.

Nikdy viac. Strava strašná, neochutená, more síce čisté ale nedá sa porovnať napr. s Tureckom alebo Tuniskom, dokonca Chorvátske more je omnoho lepšie. Hotel pekný, ale škoda tej stravy.

Tento hotel nie je až taký zlý, hlavne kvôli polohe. Odporúčam hlavne mladým a partiam. Kvalita hotela vôbec nezodpovedá 4* a samozrejme ani cene. Za tento pobyt na 6 nocí, by som dala maximalne 250 Eur bez letiskových poplatkov.

Bulharsko vrelo odporúčam tým, ktorí majú radi zábavu a život, pretože na Slnečnom pobreží je nesmierne mnoho možností zábavy pre mladých, starších aj detí. Množstvo reštaurácií, barov a stankov. Avšak neodporúčam hotel Chaika Beach Resort z dôvodu, že za zaplatené služby nedostanete čo očakávate a čo by malo zodpovedať 5*!!! Aj nám sa hotel veľmi páčil, tak sme mu dali "šancu" a skúsili sme ho - no 1x a posledný krát! V 3* hotely sme mali pred 3 rokmi kvalitenjšie služby a hlavne čistejšie izby - a to všetko za menej peňazí!

Brief evaluation expressed by justification of individual Chaika hotel features to stay in this lucrative beach site (little bit funny, but in reality stay of my family was not so funny): 1. Hotel Architecture, Fire Safety, Meal Quality, Hotel Internet Provider - ok to stay in first line of hotels on the Sunny beach 2. Room Cleaners - ok to stay in second line of Sunny beach hotels 3. Hotel Technicians, Security guys, Barmans, Gardeners - move to the 3 stars category premises behind the Sunny Beach main road 4. Recepcioninsts - move to perifery of Ravda 5. Front desk man - move back to the school 6. Parking Lot watcher, Parking lot capacity - move to the Istanbul's camel bazar 7. Hotel Management - not known feature in the Chaika Beach (however, if it is really existing, move it to the perifery of Ruyen and gradualy start with de-transparency lessons learned on one of 2. class country road) In fact, hotel doesn't fulfill contracted level of services. Hotel proposed Arcadia premises instead of Chaika Beach inspite of the fact, that Arcadia is positioned on second line of hotels. Parking lot serviceman is requesting payment to allow your all inclusive car to be parked on free hotel parking lot (3 lots are still reserved for doing such business). Barmans are asking tips even before they gave you some of all inclusive local drinks. Barman instructing you to come around the bar desk for your drink - do not serving to you, but requiring you to serve to him. Dirty pool without cleaning. The local drinks are served in thin plastic cups (the worst low alcohol Sunny beach quality gin, vodka, rum, brandy and beer and sprite nto cooled but froozen). No organization after guests arrival and during allocation of rooms. No respect to the mather's with small babys. Warm invitation, keep smiling, willingness and hospitality are not known values. No house order published. Disturbance to other guests by loudly crying hammered teenagers damaging hotel's equipment out of control of hotel's security. Sky escavator mostly out of operation, too warm inside without ventilation often suddenly stoping between individual floors. Misty information about Aqua park at Victoria group included in all inclusive price. No drinks available in fridge on room. Smoking allowed at all floors and corridors with fumes sucked below room doors into rooms interiors. BUT, to be more objective: the title of the Chaika Hotel is really proven, since a majority of this birds are continuosly flying around the hotels blue roofs whole day. This is one of fantastic things, but probably not intentionally provided by this premises. The fire extinguishers are ok under prescribed pressure with visible review of last inspection. Water pressure on 6th floor rooms is perfect. Personel in hotel restaurant and internet are able to provide you by feeling as a guest. Conclusion: Chaika Beach resort seems to be managed by peoples, which do not take care too much about their guests satisfaction and feed back reporting. As such, and taking into account, that premises itself are very well secured, it seems to be as a very nice architectural example only, but in reality dedicated for a different business purpose than the one officially published as space for loosen energy restoration. ...... a zabudol som chýbajúcu zásuvku v kúpelni. doprava vlastným autom
