Top service, a had a great time

Wa allocated a disabled room 3013 with flies and dirt in the basement on the side building wich is surrounded by bushes and a dirty river, had very dirty sofa bed, the walls were uneven, when I managed to change the next day after a few complaints I was given another room2606 in the same building won the 6th floor, came back from dinner to find the room flooded with water as it was running, when I called in and asked for the manager, no one could bother to come and we were told a handy man will come to fix the balcony at nearly 10pm, literally the worst place you can stay at, the rooms allocated in the building the river are absolutely disgusting and also has mouse droppings, but they still wouldnt change it. Skvelý hotel, dobrý riad, jedlo nie je také rozmanité, ale je tu na výber. Je mi ľúto, že dovolenka skončila, určite sa vrátim!

1381 veľmi dobrý hotel. Dobrá čistota a servis. Vynikajúci klavírista, rada ho počúvam.
