Keď som prišiel, zaplatil som za ubytovanie v hoteli. Hotel mi vzal kartu a prešiel kartou. Peniaze boli strhnuté z môjho účtu, ale hotel oznámil, že došlo k prerušeniu spojenia, takže transakcie neboli dokončené. Peniaze boli strhnuté z môjho účtu. Povedali, že po druhej platbe mi zabezpečia vrátenie prvej platby, ale ŽIADNU záruku. Nakoniec som zavolal turistickú políciu. Polícia prišla, vypočula si obe strany a snažili sa presvedčiť hotel, aby mi dal záruku na dodatočný pobyt, ale hotel to odmietol. Všetci sme skončili na policajnej stanici, aby sme podali hlásenie, aby som to mohol nahlásiť na veľvyslanectve mojej krajiny v Bangkoku.
Navyše, toaleta potrebovala 6 opráv a stále mala problémy, vaňa bola neopraviteľná, museli sme meniť izbu, izbová služba a kyvadlová doprava často trvajú dlho. Taký drahý pobyt s nízkou kvalitou, už tu nikdy neubytujem.

Vo februári 2026 som tu býval v luxusnej vile so súkromným bazénom. Bolo to plné problémov, ale stalo sa to nočnou morou, keď sme sa museli vysporiadať s personálom. (Generálny riaditeľ bol na dovolenke)
1) Vaňa nebola funkčná, tak sme požiadali o zmenu izby. V novej izbe bola namiesto toho kričiaca toaleta, ktorá bola taká hlasná, že ju bolo počuť zvonku. Zavolali sme technikov, ktorí prišli a vymenili súčiastky, len aby sa hluk vrátil po ich odchode. Technikov zavolali späť štyrikrát, pretože sa neobťažovali zostať a skontrolovať, či je problém vyriešený pred odchodom.
Potom sme to vzdali a trpeli sme vysokými tónmi 24 hodín denne, 7 dní v týždni, aj v noci.
2) Kvôli chodníkom vystaveným slnečnému žiareniu sa očakávalo, že sa do našej izby dostaneme ich bezplatnou službou tuktuk. Raz sme po zavolaní čakali vonku 20 minút. (predpokladaná čakacia doba bola 10 minút)
3) Raz sme išli do kúpeľov počas otváracích hodín a nikto tam nebol. Keď sme napísali správu do kúpeľov a na recepciu pomocou ich aplikácie Centara, nikto neodpovedal.
4) Po večeri na izbe nám povedali, aby sme nechali použitý tanier a podnos vonku. Povedali, že si ho niekto vyzdvihne. Zostal tam, na podlahe, až do večera nasledujúceho dňa.
5) Vyskytol sa problém s platbou, kde mi bola odpočítaná suma z debetného účtu, ale hotel tvrdí, že peniaze nedostali. Nechali ma zaplatiť znova (v podstate dvojnásobok) a sľúbili, že nám vrátia peniaze po prijatí prvej platby, ale nemajú žiadnu záruku, že ich dostanem.
Stále mi peniaze nevrátili.

Hotel je obrovský a kamkoľvek sa dostanete, musíte použiť hotelový kyvadlový autobus. Čakal som 30 minút na kyvadlový autobus z recepcie k bazénu!

Prihlásený od 15:45 do 15:50 bolo povedané, aby počkal 30 minút na čistenie. Čakal takmer do 18:00 a stále som nemal izbu. Recepcia nám ponúkla nápoje, tak sme si išli objednať. Pýtali sme sa, či môžu na kúpalisku podávať nápoje, povedali, že áno, ale keď sme si objednali, museli sme si ich sami zniesť na golfovom vozíku a nakoniec sme sa nedostali k jedlu, pretože sa nápoje rozliali.
