Staff are all excellent. Polite an professional. Room nice but a little work needed. Nothing major. Location is amazing. Right on the ocean. We had a Premier Ocean View Corner Room. The views were some of the best ever in Thailand. As usual the Marriott breakfast was very good. This property is reasonably priced and highly recommend it.

We booked a stay at this resort on 8 December, expecting a luxurious and peaceful five-star experience. Everything was perfect until the next early morning, on 9 December, when an event with marching bands began. The event, which resembled a sports day, brought loud noises from the marching bands, loudspeakers, and constant shouting. It completely shattered the tranquil atmosphere and ruined what should have been a calm and happy morning with my partner. Our room was upgraded to an ocean-view room instead of the mountain view, and we paid extra for this. However, the event took place directly in front of our room, making it impossible to enjoy the premium view we paid for or the peace and quiet we expected. I was extremely disappointed and upset by how this was handled. I also spoke with other guests who shared the same frustration about the unexpected disruption. While I understand the resort may host external events, it is completely unacceptable for paying guests to be blindsided by this level of noise without prior notice. This experience completely ruined what could have been a memorable and relaxing morning. I sincerely hope the resort will take this feedback seriously and implement better measures to ensure future guests do not have their stays disrupted like this.
