I recently stayed at Haven Riviera Cancun, and it far exceeded my expectations! I was a bit skeptical after reading some mixed reviews, but the resort was beautiful, and the service was outstanding. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, and we met some wonderful people during our stay. A special shout-out to the pizza man! If you’re debating, definitely opt for a front beach view room, especially the ones with a pool—it's totally worth it. Highly recommend!

The overall experience would have been amazing if bugs hadn’t ate me up. The service was not top tier in rectifying the issue. They changed our room and gave us a room that wasn’t equivalent to what we purchased. If I had to say, Cristina entertainment was amazing. She was sweet.

I have just had a cocktail making class with Pepe, Salimas and Janet's and it was so much fun, filled with nothing but laughter, fun and fabulous drinks!!! Highly recommend if you're here! ARIBAAAAAAA 🍹❤️💃🏻🕺🏽
