Nádherný rezort. Naozaj pekné izby. Nepáčilo sa mi, že majú ľudí, ktorí sa snažia predať prioritný klub, keď sa prihlásite, ale nebrali nám dobre. Skvelé jedlo Skvelé vybavenie. Úžasní zamestnanci.

Amazing service and hotel amenities. The best part was the staff workers, they were amazing in so many ways. Location is beautiful, it's a little farther away if you want to go do activities but rides can be arranged although a little more of a hassle than if you were staying at the hotel zone. It's totally worth though, uber is cheap and it was the best 5 star all inclusive experience for me. We got the junior suite and the view was amazing and we didnt regret not upgrading. Spacious modern comfy rooms and balcony. Great wifi throughout the entire resort area. Also the photographers on the site are amazing, and we ended up loving the photos and bought the package deal. Totally worth. Food was awesome, all restaurants were top notch. My husband has been to several all inclusive hotels in Cancun and said this one was overall the best. Many great options for food, and live music were awesome. The little events like cooking and fitness classes, and evening/night parties in and in front of the theater were super fun. We were never bored and never ran out of things to eat and drink. Room service food was also amazing. Great value, I have so many great things to say about this place and I cant think of a negative. All the staff were very friendly and kind and always did their best to be helpful, very hard working to make your visit satisfactory. They treated us like a king and queen. Would definitely recommend it to anyone. We had the best experience.

The restaurant Tentazione had excellent food and even better service. Our server Bryan has truly been the best waiter on this resort
