Here is my fair review Check-In: 3/5 The service was friendly, but communication with the booking agency was poor. We booked through an agency and were assigned the wrong room, which resulted in a wait of over two hours to get an upgrade. Food: 2/5 The hotel offers a wide variety of food options, which is great. However, for a property with over 2,000 rooms, only two buffets were open, leading to limited availability. Some food tasted stale or was served cold. Room service, which is included, closes at 10 PM with a wait time of around 45 minutes. Other restaurants require prior reservations, but they are fully booked. On our first day, we missed the 4 PM reservation deadline and were told to wait for cancellations in person, which worked but required a long wait. The next morning, no same-day reservations were available, and the earliest option was for the following day. For a hotel charging over $250 per night, this system needs improvement. Breakfast ,drinks and desserts were a Ok. Hotel Structure: 4/5 The hotel is enormous and our room was lovely, but I gave this a 4 due to insufficient transportation inside the hotel. Only one out of five trains is available to all guests; the rest are exclusive or private for events, leading to wait times of over 30 minutes to get around. Service: 1/5 If you’re Dominican, like us, get ready to feel overlooked. Drivers ignored us unless they felt like it, and waitstaff were rude, giving us attitude and unprofessional stares. It’s disheartening to experience discrimination from your own people. Staff should be trained to understand that their service is already paid for and to treat all guests equally. Tips should be earned through exceptional service, not selective treatment. Amenities: 2/5 The additional fees for amenities are excessive. A 25-minute massage at the spa costs over $150, and salon services are overpriced. For example, they offer braiding services but don’t provide a catalog to help you choose a style. Beach, Pools, and View: 5/5 The beach, pools, and views were absolutely stunning. The well-maintained grounds and picturesque scenery added to the overall experience, making these areas the highlight of our stay. Technology: 5/5 The app is excellent and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. My Overall Review: 2/5 The hotel has some strong points, such as its stunning beach, pools, and breathtaking views, as well as excellent technology with a reliable app and Wi-Fi. The variety of food options and desserts also added a touch of quality. However, the overall experience was marred by poor service, excessive amenity fees, limited transportation, and logistical issues with dining reservations. The customer service, was disappointing, with noticeable biases and unprofessional attitudes. The lack of accessibility to restaurant reservations and the inconsistent quality of food—given the high cost per night—did not meet expectations. While the physical structure and amenities of the hotel are impressive, there’s a clear need for improvements in staff training, transportation logistics, and overall service consistency to match the premium pricing.

Die Mitarbeitenden sind alle sehr herzlich und freundlich. Die Animateure David und Cristopher geben sich viel Mühe und machen einen sehr guten Job. Das Programm könnte etwas ausgeweitet werden und mehr Abwechslung wäre ein weiterer Pluspunkt.

Pekny, cisty hotel v tropickej zahrade s nadhernou plazou. Pozor, padaju tam kokosove orechy. Kazdy den asi 5 minut prsalo, super, osviezi to vzduch. Prekvapivo vysoke ceny v obchodoch, ci uz hotel, ale aj mimo hotela. A rum uzasny, treba ochutnat a zamilujete si ho. Čítať celú recenziu
