I recently stayed at Impressions Punta Cana 11/29-12/3, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. There were several issues that significantly impacted the quality of my stay. Firstly, the food service was poorly managed. On multiple occasions, the food ran out, and there were no plates available, which was highly inconvenient and disappointing. When food was available, the quality was poor—often dry and unappetizing. Additionally, there were flies around the buffet area, and we were rushed out, which made the dining experience even more unpleasant. The hotel also failed to properly inform guests about conversion fees and charges, leading to unexpected expenses. The behavior of the staff was another major concern. They were not only rude but also made negative remarks about members of our group, which is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Furthermore, obtaining water bottles was a hassle, and the room service representative was particularly rude. They refused to take our order, advised us to call back, and then no one picked up. To make matters worse, there was no water available on the last day of our stay, and no accommodations were provided to address this issue. This lack of basic amenities and customer service is inexcusable. Overall, my experience at Impressions Punta Cana was very disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Izba pekná, čistá, tichá, okolie nádherné. Strava výborná, super výber, výborné drinky, čerstvé ovocie. Personál milý a ochotný, usmievavý celý čas. Mínus pláž /špinavé naplaveniny/, ale opravovali ju, takže už to možno bude dobré, možnosť kúpania v mori na priľahlej pláži. Čítať celú recenziu
