Nechoďte NECHOĎTE Všetky negatívne komentáre sa zhodujú s tým istým, vo všetkých RIU v DR. Je to jedno z miest, kam sa nechcete vrátiť kvôli personálu, ktorý vás zle obsluhuje. Ak chcete pracovať v Riu, jedinou požiadavkou, ktorú od vás požadujú, je nezložiť psychotechnický test. Personál musí byť ŠKOLENÍ, ako obslúžiť hosťa. Zo 7 dní, čo sme tam boli, 6 dní bez teplej vody na kúpanie. Každý deň problém s kľúčmi od izby. Chlapík, ktorý dodáva uteráky, nám chcel zadržať kartu, pretože „doručili sme mu ju po niekoľkých hodinách“. Jedného dňa sa hosť pokazil a trvalo im dlho, kým mu prišli pomôcť. Raz možno príde rad na nás, aby sme dostali pomoc, takže by som to nenechal v ich rukách. Nepotrebujem, aby pán Riu odpovedal na túto sťažnosť slovami „Ospravedlňujeme sa za vaše pocity“ a snažil sa vyvrátiť moju osobnú skúsenosť. V každom prípade, ak chcete platiť za zlé zaobchádzanie, toto je vaše miesto. Och, a všetky svoje sťažnosti môžete posielať na oficiálnu stránku "ministerstva turizmu krajiny", vraj tieto veci regulujú, to sa už nikdy nedozvieme.

Nemám potuchy, ako sa toto miesto považuje za päťhviezdičkové

If I could give this "resort" a zero, I would. When we first got to the resort, I noticed that the paint on the walls and the doors was in bad need of repair. There were streaks all over the walls and doors and I thought, "This is what they consider 5 stars?" When we got into our room, we noticed the A/C Wasn't working. We called the front desk and they said someone was coming. The mirror in the bathroom had rust all over it and there was mold in the vents. About an hour later, we noticed a roach in the room. Again, we called the front desk and they said someone was coming. They didn't arrive until almost 6 hours after we came. They fixed the A/C and sprayed raid in the area where we killed the roach. They never offered to change our rooms, didn't clean up the dead roach and when we asked for a new room, we were told the place was booked. We were there for 4 days and every day we found a roach in the room. To top it off, my roommate's wallet went missing the day after our arrival. To put it bluntly, it was stolen by housekeeping. Almost all of her credit cards had $2000+ charges to a company called Hotel Tours. We never went on any tours. We spoke with management who handled the incident well and we got the police involved. The incident is still pending but it ruined the whole trip. The invasion of privacy was extremely disrespectful. The food at the resort was also a disappointment. There's an abundance of food and most of it is salty, oily, and absolutely under seasoned. I would NEVER go back and would NEVER recommend this resort. For the money we spent, we could have gone to another resort or another company. They should be ashamed to call themselves a 5 star resort.

No le doy 5 estrella por el deterioro de la habitaciones y facilidades. Suciedad en los pasillos la ropa de cama manchadas olor a aguas sucias dentro de la ducha. Así también destacó lo bueno el personal ( meseros en especial David y otros que no recuerdo los nombres, los de la barra el personal de limpieza) excelentes servicio. Me fui decepcionada ya que 8 años atrás tuve una experiencia excelente y en esta servidora lo recomendé a amigos y familiares que fuimos a celebrar un evento y se llevaron una decepción.

El sitio está bastante retirado del poblado más cercano, es decir no puedes salir a pasear a pie, las habitaciones huelen a humedad y hay cucarachas grandes, la comida es la misma en casi todos los restaurantes que es tipo Bufete, si llegas después de las 11hrs am ya no desayunaste, el área de Snak solo los totopos están ricos, creo que no regresaría, y el agua de la alberca está fría no tiene sistema de calentamiento como Cancun ,ejemplo Hotel Grand Oasis
