New York Recenzie dovolenky a hotelov

Páčilo sa mi, že tento hotel zostal päť nocí, musel som zanechať recenziu, pretože služba bola úžasná od začiatku do konca, personál bol taký milý a priateľský, ktorý chcel pomôcť, miestnosť bola čistá, určite tu zostanem znova, keď budem nabudúce v New Yorku. odporúčam!!

No gym, despite the lies they tell on the website and to Agoda. Room was dirty, even after the cleaning. Clearly overpriced. Emplacement is great of course.

Ive been to new york 16 times prior to my stay at the moxy and normally stay at the same hotel onn7th ave but wanted tontry somewhere knew this time....we decided on the moxy times square for 4 nights over Thanksgiving, on arrival check in was fast and efficient, our room was on the 4th floor one step from lift number 2, yes we had all the noise from all the comings and goings to the lifts all night, they also play loud music in all the lifts 24hrs, after reading reviews regarding small rooms i had a idea in my head what to expect but wow i was shocked just at how small our room was, when I say small I mean the double bed just fit sung with the walls touching 3 side of the bed and yes we said OMG what is this room out load, one person had to climb over the over to get in and out of the bed, the bathroom for the size of the room was OK but with glass panels it's not very private and the bathroom doors did not shut properly.. we did report the bathroom door problem to which thebdoorsnwas made worse!, night 3 of our stay our room heater/fan decided to turn itself on and off pumping freezing cold air at 3am in the morning, after this happening for nearly 2 hrs we had to go down to reception for an engineer, he said it was a computer problem and sorted it out... night 4 at 5am yes you guessed it the fan/heater started the same problem again pumping freezing cold air into a shoe box size room again an engineer came to our room and said the same thing it's a computer problem... all being said the bed was very comfortable but unfortunately did not get one full nights sleep... we did speak to a girl on reception about everything i have put in this review and she did give just a voucher for 2 free dinks at the bar.. location of the hotel was perfect although I have been to new york 16 times so again known the location well....

Very poor customer service don’t recommended,d don’t waste your money in this dirty hotel, the rooms are very dirty and very tiny. The AC and heater doesn’t work

Decently priced hotel in a good location. Room was extremely small and the air/heat system was very loud and finicky. Bar Moxy staff was slow at times and morning coffee service was cramped for the number of people in line If the price wasn’t right for the time of year we visited, I probably would’ve stayed elsewhere

I loved the room. My bill was high. But we had a good time and the view was lovely 🖤

Clean rooms, comfortable bed, rooms are compact but have everything you need. Hotel is tall and narrow so getting a lift can be fun. Staff were excellent

Für einen Städtetrip völlig ausreichend! Kleine, aber saubere Zimmer, nettes Personal, gute Verkehrsanbindung!
