The room was small but not bad for a few days. It was clean. Also, the location was perfect. Minutes walk to Time Squate. The bed and pillows were the best part of our stay. I wish I would have looked to see what brand of bed it was. Just a couple of complaints. The bathroom fan and lighted mirror didn't work. The elevators were extremely slow. Staff was very welcoming and friendly.

Usualmente no suelo hacer comentarios pero esto ya es una estafa, y quiero evitar que otros sufran lo mismo. Están en plena obra, todo en pésimas condiciones de mantenimiento e higiene. No hay calefacción cuando hay temperaturas bajo cero en la ciudad. De abrigo me dieron un cubre colchón. Nunca ví cosa igual. El personal muy amable lo único.

No gym, despite the lies they tell on the website and to Agoda. Room was dirty, even after the cleaning. Clearly overpriced.

Very poor customer service don’t recommended,d don’t waste your money in this dirty hotel, the rooms are very dirty and very tiny. The AC and heater doesn’t work
