Beautiful location and the staff really made it pleasurable. The staff always had a smile on their face and very upbeat! The entertainment crew was absolutely amazing and fun to interact with, special shout out to Tairi with the entertainment crew, she is an absolute doll and made sure we were involved in everything possible that we had interest in. A special shout out to the wait staff/bartenders that rocked the service… Geici, Navkin, Juama, Caty, and Bay Bay. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was due to the food. Plenty of options but none of it was great food. Everything was overcooked and dry. And of because of the room smelling like a damp wet moldy basement. My boyfriend and I struggled with congestion and a cough the whole time we were there. Maybe a head cold but odd that it was only while we were sleeping in the room! Not sure I would return as Iam a foodie and smells do effect my feelings.

Breathtaking views on both side of the resorts (mountain’s sunset and ocean sunrise 💛) it really feels like paradise. Food was good and buffet is definitely way better than what we had at the a la carte restaurants. Mexican truck was also amazing!

Už takmer 3 týždne čakám na odpoveď od Luisy. Mali sme tam mať svadbu budúci rok, ale museli sme to zrušiť. Bolo nám povedané, že dostaneme náhradu za zálohu 750 USD (bolo to v rámci časového rámca na zrušenie). Komunikácia v tomto bode bola celkom dobrá; rýchle odpovede a priame informácie, ktoré boli potrebné. Informáciu sme poslali. Naša banka nám poskytla nesprávne informácie. Luisa Miranda mi dajte vedieť e-mailom. Poslali sme správne informácie a nedostali sme od nej odpoveď, či to bolo pre ich banku dostatočné na spracovanie vrátenia peňazí alebo nie. Zanechal som veľa e-mailov a pri pokuse dovolať sa do rezortu iba zvoní.
