Veľmi milý personál v hlavnej reštaurácii. Máme radi Lolu za najlepšiu službu, dobrý rozhovor so Stamom. Večera na pláži s Vasilim (Billi), naša narodeninová PARTY, bola taká úžasná. Jeho dobrá anglická reč a grécke vysvetlenia vybudovali náš príbeh owm. Ďakujem za skvelé dva týždne. Beate a Ralph

Dostali sme veľmi starú izbu, v šatníku neboli žiadne vešiaky, kúpeľňa bola otrasná, po každom kúpaní voda zaplavila celú kúpeľňu. O čisté uteráky si musíte pýtať, lebo ich menia každé tri dni, ale sobota a nedeľa sa nepočítajú, takže prešlo 5 dní a my sme mali stále špinavú izbu. Pekné bazény. Obsluha na recepcii bez pripomienok. Nikdy sa sem nevrátim a tento hotel neodporúčam.

Buffet has excellent choices and the food is tasty and fresh. I have eaten something different each time I visited. Staff are welcoming and friendly (especially Elisavet). Great waiters like Bobos) and big hug to Stam. Room is spotless and minibar refreshed every day. A special mention to Mondi who is constantly cheery and so hard working The a la cartes have been very good apart from the Italian. The food was good there too but the young guy (tall with glasses) was having to do too much on his own. He worked very hard but he needed some help. Loads of beds on the beach and Georgios was always on hand. Also a special mention to Gianis. Always pleasant and welcoming. Great hotel and great staff.

First class experience from start to finish. Buffet choices in main restaurant were very good - something for everyone. We would go to the bar outside the main restaurant every morning for a lovely coffee (always made with a smile) then sit outside to admire the views. Tried many of the Al la Carte options during our stay - only (minor) disappointment was the Italian where we felt they could have been doing with a bit more waiting staff. Customer service team excellent too (Stam) …and Mondi who would bring drinks to our room.

The hotel has been so wonderful so far , we loved the variations of the food ! Pools and and resort is beautiful ! We absolutely loved STAM from customer services ! Juliano our waiter at the bar could not try better to accommodate us ! Elizabeth and Giannis in Restaurant welcomed us every day with big smiles ! All food on the buffet was amazing ! Housekeeping kept our room clean and replenished all drinks in the fridge ! Thank you we loved our stay !

Cleaners must be so understaffed , room wasn't cleaned once . After third day had to go down to receptionto report it . No one had entered our room, cleaned , changed sheets or emptied bins.After reporting it, Cleaner came in folded and hung our dirty towels back up. Went to reception again , got clean towels. Smelt of sick,. I was so angry by this time i actually contacted jet2 . Eventually got clean towels .That was the only time we had clean towels, bedding only changed once in a week . Food was dusgusting in evening , only time we ate was lunctimes .wouldnt recommend Avoid . Not worth the money . Spoke to more than six other people at hotel, all saying same thing . Something has changed, not the nice hotel it used to be ..fridge wasnt working, Pulled out and socket was hanging off the wall , when flushed toilet water came out of bottom of toilet. Entertainment was very good And reps friendly . Recommend the noodle bar which opens 12 30 til 3

Rooms are very basic for a 4star hotel it’s more like a good 2 star hotel. If you want aircon in your room you have to pay extra for it. The food is very good for kids lots of chips, pizza etc but not much for adults. Also if you want a seat around any of the pools you’ll have to wake up at around 4am to put your towel on a sunbed or else you won’t find anywhere to sit. And most nights we had a flying ant infestation in the kids room. It’s ok I suppose because there’s so much to do around kos but definitely won’t be returning to this hotel.

Klimatizácia je aktívna len medzi 15/6-15/9 Krátke Teplo v izbách Nízka údržba v izbách Televízor nefungoval počas celého pobytu A snažili sa to napraviť. A to nefunguje. V okolí bazénov nie sú vôbec žiadne voľné lôžka Hoci je to obrovský hotel a asi dvetisíc hostí A práve preto Sú menej pozorní k jednotlivcovi
