Hanoi Boutique Hotel 

The team here is fantastic! Jeremy was really wonderful and is highly attentive, positive and a great problem-solver. He creates a very personal experience. All the staff are very kind and welcoming. The service here is fantastic and the breakfast was lovely! My only issue is with the wifi — it’s very slow on the higher floors and disconnects regularly. On the first and second floor, it’s great but this should be addressed as it’s very difficult to get anything done on the network with how often it disconnects. Everything else about my stay was perfect. Loved the spa facility; my massage was excellent!!

Very nice boutique hotel in the middle of Hanoi. Excellent place to explore the city on foot. We had what was apparently one of the biggest rooms and it was amazing. Hardly ever had such a spacious room before. Rooms are surprisingly quiet though being right above the busy streets of central hanoi. The bathroom is huge and everything is very clean. Beds are really comfortable. Staff is so friendly, they are happy to hand out a list with restaurant, café, etc. suggestions nearby and can even give you the exact times for the train passing by train street, which was very helpful for us. Breakfast was also one of the best we had. They didn't have a huge buffet selection but we really enjoyed that it was kept a bit smaller and intimate than in other hotels. You can even order french toast, pancakes, eggs and vietnamese coffee, which we really loved! Overall we'd definitely recommend the hotel and hope to come again one day. Thanks a lot!

Skvelý hotel s úžasným servisným personálom, ktorý je vždy pripravený podeliť sa o informácie a rady pre skvelý čas v Hanoji. Dobrá poloha s mnohými atrakciami a miestnym jedlom v pešej vzdialenosti.
