Išli sme ako rodina, jedlo bolo veľmi dobré. Byť priamo pri mori je výhodou pre rodiny s deťmi. Pokiaľ ide o cenu, je to hotel s dokonalou hodnotou za peniaze. Aj tento rok tam budeme.

I recently stayed at Smart Stay Beach in Turkey, and I must say, it was one of the most disappointing travel experiences I have ever had. I had high hopes for this hotel based on some of the reviews I’d read online, but my experience turned out to be an utter disaster. If you’re considering staying here, especially for the food, I would strongly urge you to look elsewhere. Here’s why. The Food – A Complete Disaster Let me start with the hotel’s food, which is supposed to be a highlight of any resort stay. Unfortunately, the food at Smart Stay Beach was absolutely appalling. The meals were repetitive, bland, and far from fresh. During my week-long stay, it felt like the hotel had a rotating menu of three or four dishes that kept reappearing every single day. The buffet, which was supposed to offer a variety of international and local cuisines, was shockingly subpar. The options were limited, and what was available looked and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. The salads were wilted, the main dishes were either overcooked or undercooked, and the desserts were stale. On multiple occasions, I spotted flies hovering around the food, which was a massive red flag for hygiene. Lack of Variety For a hotel that markets itself as a premium destination, the lack of variety in the food was appalling. There were no options for guests with dietary restrictions or preferences. Vegetarians were left with little more than plain rice and some limp vegetables, while anyone hoping for gluten-free or vegan options would have been out of luck entirely. The lack of effort to cater to different dietary needs was not only disappointing but also felt lazy and unprofessional. The Drinks – Equally Disappointing If you think the beverages might save the day, think again. The drinks were just as bad as the food, if not worse. The juices were watered down and tasted artificial, the soft drinks were flat, and the alcoholic beverages were of extremely poor quality. The cocktails were barely drinkable, and the wine tasted like it came from a bargain basement. Even the water served at the hotel tasted odd, leaving me wondering about its source. The Service – Indifferent and Uncaring One of the most frustrating aspects of the dining experience was the attitude of the staff. They seemed completely indifferent to the guests’ needs and showed no interest in providing a pleasant dining experience. Requests for fresh food or clean plates were met with blank stares or outright dismissiveness. It felt like the staff was either poorly trained or just didn’t care. Impact on the Overall Experience The poor quality of the food and beverages at Smart Stay Beach completely overshadowed any potential positives the hotel might have had. Dining is such an integral part of a holiday experience, and when that aspect is so consistently bad, it ruins the entire trip. I found myself dreading meal times, which is the exact opposite of how you should feel on vacation. Final Thoughts – Don’t Waste Your Money In conclusion, I cannot stress enough how disappointing my stay at Smart Stay Beach was, largely due to the abysmal quality of the food. If you’re someone who values good food and a pleasant dining experience, this hotel is absolutely not the place for you. The lack of variety, poor hygiene, indifferent service, and overall low quality of the meals made my stay an absolute nightmare. There are so many wonderful hotels in Turkey that offer fantastic food, excellent service, and a true taste of the country’s hospitality. Unfortunately, Smart Stay Beach is not one of them. Save yourself the disappointment, frustration, and wasted money—look elsewhere for your vacation. Trust me, you’ll be glad you did.

Vôbec to nie je tak, ako sa tu píše a ako sa zdá, boli sme tam 24.8., každý deň mali na recepcii škandály, všetko je také zlé, hotelová pláž je veľmi špinavá, splašky tečú priamo na pláž. Nikdy by som to neodporúčal.

Zostal som na 7 nocí v auguste a okamžite som mal hnačku na 1 deň na 3 dni, jedlo nebolo jedlé, služba bola v poriadku, časť pláže k hotelu bola veľmi špinavá Záver sa neodporúča

Služba bola skvelá, jedlo bolo nepríjemné, inak izby boli v poriadku, hotel stačil na noc, nič viac

Zostali sme 6 dní v 3. septembrovom týždni. V hoteli nebolo 6 dní červené mäso, každý deň bolo kuracie mäso a rovnaké zákusky (5,6 druhov), aj keď možností na raňajky nie je veľa, nie je to zlé, ak nebudete hladní. V izbách je staré umývadlo a toaleta je veľmi vysoko od zeme Ak chcete zdvihnúť nohu k umývadlu a umyť si nohy, noha naň nedosiahne, zdá sa, že bola navrhnutá pre cudzincov (výška. 1,75). More je veľmi zakalené v Akyarlar Turgutreis atď. More bolo čisté. Bazén je veľmi malý. Už sme vedeli, že tam nie sú žiadne aktivity pre dospelých. Je to hotel, kde nebudete hladovať a budete jesť každý deň to isté, za cenu lepší hotel sa dá uprednostniť priplatením 3-4tis. Lokalita je v blízkosti pre deti, ale obec to tam neupratala. . Podľa môjho názoru by Bodrum už nemal byť uprednostňovaný pre lepšiu dovolenku Marmaris, Antalya atď.

Kúpil som si balíček od Tatilbudur do hotela, ale úprimne povedané, pri čítaní komentárov som bol veľmi vystrašený, ale moja skúsenosť počas pobytu v hoteli bola veľmi dobrá, až na prvý deň je kapacita reštaurácie veľmi nízka Mali sme prvú večeru, nenašli sme miesto na sedenie, myslím, že manažér reštaurácie bol s veľkou bradou Keď som povedal, že neviem, čo to znamená, zariadil mi to dnes večer a ukázal mi to. Úprimne povedané, hotel sa nám páčil Páčilo sa mi to veľmi drsné komentáre, myslím si, že peniaze, ktoré som zaplatil, by pokryli len množstvo vypitého alkoholu.
