We stayed here for 3 nights (Superior seaview room) Pros: • Beachfront location – Right in front of the beach. • 7-Eleven downstairs – Easy to grab essentials anytime, though the staff of 7 eleven were rude (just FYI). • Good breakfast spread – Worth booking with breakfast. (6.30 am to 10.30 am). Thai food as well as western food options. • Friendly staff – The watchmen, room service, and restaurant staff are always greeting and smiling, making us feel welcome. • Smoking allowed on the balcony. • Our bed was decorated with towel swans and rose petals which was a sweet gesture. • They provide slippers and other basic amenities like toiletries, bathrobe, hair dryer, etc. in the room. Beach towels are available in the reception. You can get them whenever you want and return it to the reception after use. Cons: • Small rooms – Felt cramped and not worth the price paid. • Hard mattress – Uncomfortable and not worth it. • Limited drinking water – The hotel provides only two small bottles of water per day. If you need more, you have to wait until the next day or you can buy it yourself from 7-Eleven downstairs. • We requested a good room for our honeymoon but were given a basic room on the 2nd floor with an average view. • Average AC- Bit noisy and not centralised. • Please keep garbage bags in the dustbins. • No balcony privacy – If you book a balcony room, be aware that the balconies are connected, making it easy for someone to step from one to another, compromising privacy. • Security deposit – A 2000 Baht security deposit is required at check-in but was refunded at check-out. • Awkward check-out experience - The receptionist was friendly with other guests but not with us. While checking out he looked at us doubtfully, and didn’t interact properly. He even went to check the room right in front of us and saw that everything was fine. While we did get our full security deposit back, the experience felt uncomfortable and possibly biased to certain nationalities because he was evidently sweet to other guests. Final Thoughts: Great location, friendly staff, and a good breakfast, but small rooms, hard beds, and privacy concerns might be an issue for some.

Ashok the front desk staff was really good and helpful at all times, he fixed my room door , more than that he negotiated to resolve a dispute by a rude cab driver last night, He is really amazing, thanks for your support and help.
