Nice hotel, friendly staff

Hotel Indigo Phuket Patong je veľmi útulný hotel s príbehom zo susedstva. Strávil som tu 1 týždeň. Posteľ je veľmi veľká a pohodlná aj výber vankúšov. Dokonca aj hotel je centrom mesta Patong. Hluk zábavy mi vôbec neprekáža v spánku. Raňajky boli veľmi dobré s rôznymi možnosťami a veľmi dobrým strešným bazénom. Ak by ste chceli zostať v Patongu, odporúčam Hotel Indigo Phuket Patong, butikový hotel so životným štýlom a príbehom

This was the first time my girlfriend and I came to Thailand When we saw this hotel we instantly fell in love with it! We read the reviews, saw the pictures and knew this was the hotel for us! Upon arriving, YEE came to the taxi and opened our door and collected our bags. As we walked to the front reception, OIL, greeted is with a smile! She checked us in with no delay, meanwhile YEE grabbed us a delicious complimentary beverage and cold towel! YEE brought us to the room and it was stunning! The pictures did not lie! The rooms were clean and tidy. The bathroom had that backstage vibe! And the rooms were soundproof as we didn't hear our neighbor what so ever. Throughout the trip there was a power outage (something the hotel did not have control over) and they were very accommodating. And though it didn't bother us, they gave us a free drink ticket which we used at the pool side bar. Now the pool is such an amazing and beautiful pool. It is very clean! And very refreshing especially to beat the crowds of the beaches. The breakfast buffet is delicious! And the spread is vast! Everyone staffing the breakfast buffet were kind and very bubbly, especially for the morning! Finally, the bar and restaurant that is attached to the hotel always had live music and a great waiting staff. Even the newest Trainee was very professional and kind! All in all this hotel is 5 out of 5 and if I could give it higher I would! YEE and OIL especially have our gratitude for making this trip amazing. And a warm extention to the rest of the staff! I highly recommended this hotel if you are looking for a good area to access the beach or the shopping areas, everything was no more than 10mins away. Thank you again for providing excellent service and an experience, we will definitely be back.

I had an amazing dining experience at Hotel Indigo Phuket Patong! The highlight was definitely the BBQ pork spareribs – they were absolutely delicious! The live music added the perfect ambiance to the evening, making it even more enjoyable. A special thank you to the staff for their exceptional service, and a heartfelt shoutout to General Manager Khun Noon! for her warm welcome and attention.
