Rád by som svoju recenziu venoval Kenovi, ktorý bol recepčný, ktorý sa mi venoval. Stratil som svoju izbovú kartu a pomohol mi ju efektívne a bez problémov vymeniť. Aj keď bola klimatizácia v mojej izbe niekedy trochu nemotorná, služba, ktorú som doteraz dostal, to viac než vynahradila. Ďakujem Kenovi za vašu pohostinnosť a láskavosť! Vďaka vám je Andaman Beach Hotel silným konkurentom v pohostinstve. 10/10 navštívi znova.

This hotel has bad view and bad location, they gave me room facing electric generator, very noisy and when i ask them to change they gave me another same one but higher floor

Fantastic stay at Andaman Beach hotel, right from the booking till checkout everything was perfect. Reception team (Gaem, Kauw Fang and Mao) were superb in service. Any special request was taken with smile and got fulfilled, buggy service person Mao was always on time and very polite, Gaem and Kauw fang also helped us with everything, restaurant team was also very supportive and food was amazing. Thanks to the entire team of Andaman Beach hotel, will surely come back.

We LOVE the Andaman. The staff were so friendly and took such good care of us. If we had any issues, they were immediately sorted out. The food is exquisite, the live music is wonderful and it’s close to everything. I’d go back there any day. A special thanks to Koy and her whole team at the Ozone Restaurant for making our meal times such a joy and for teaching us more about the Thai culture. The passion of the staff for Thailand just made us love it all the more.
