Centara Karon Resort Phuket recenzie 

Zostali sme v hoteli týždeň. Elegantný hotel, ale bohužiaľ ešte nie je úplne otvorený. Ale vždy bolo čo robiť, keďže tam bola animácia. Nikita z animácie ma vždy srdečne pozýval na všetky aktivity a vždy ma včas informoval o všetkých akciách. Sme veľmi vďační všetkým animátorom za ich skvelú prácu. Určite sa ešte vrátime!

Hotel je skvelý! Veľa propagácií a dobrej práce barmanov a čašníkov. Ceny sú dobré, ale najdôležitejšie je, že kvalita produktov a potravín je na najvyššej úrovni. Nechýba ani animácia s množstvom aktivít. Veľmi sa mi páčil vodný aerobik s Nikitou. Nikita je jediný animátor, ktorý hovorí po rusky, vyriešil takmer všetky naše problémy s recepciou a pomohol aj s prekladom v bare. Ešte by som rád spomenul animátora Stewarta zo Zimbabwe, veľmi milý a veselý chlapík.

We arrived today for check in at 3pm and our room was still not ready so we were moved to different room. This room had greeting cards for the person that was supposed to be in this room. The room was also only set up for 2 people however I had booked for three. We were assured they would bring enough towels, water and robes etc for three people however after being out for a few hours returned to our room and the items had not been put in. We then called the receptionist to ask for the items that we were supposed to have. After an hour the items had not turned up so again called the receptionist again who said they would call house keeping again. After about another hour still no one had turned up to give us the items so I called again, assured the items would be given to us . I called again, assured the items would arrive soon. About 45 minutes later still nothing, instead I went to reception to complain to which I was met with “we have been to busy”. These are items we should have had in our room in the first place!. Now at time of writing we returned to our room after a few hours out and all that had been put in our room is a few extra towels after explaining we needed more water, tea coffee, robes and glasses/mugs. This is now 10 hours after we checked in, we still do not have the correct items we have paid for. Furthermore I then again called the receptionist again who apologised and said someone would be up soon. About 10 mins later house keeping turn with extra towels and one bottle of water. None of the other things we had stated are missing from our room and the items we had paid for!! Really not good enough and not even an apology at this point

Приехали семьей в отель. Очень все понравилось ,обязательно вернёмся еще. Очень вкусный завтрак. Также есть анимация. Детская и взрослая,жена ходила на аква-аэробику. Осталось очень довольной. Спасибо Никите за его старания очень добрый и отзывчивый парень.
