Our stay at Angsana Laguna Phuket was fantastic! The resort’s stunning lagoons, beautiful surroundings, and luxurious facilities made for a relaxing getaway. A special thanks to Cherry at the front desk, whose warm and professional service truly stood out. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth and enjoyable, offering great recommendations and always greeting us with a smile. The pool, beach, and dining options were all excellent, and the attention to detail across the resort was impressive. We can’t wait to return and hope to see Cherry and the amazing team again!

I have stayed at Angsana many times and was impressed every time. However, this time I am deeply disappointed with the staff’s service. I felt unwelcome and unsafe at this place. I am very saddened and will not be staying here again.

Stayed for 7 nights from 17th November, hotel and facilities were fantastic, we had a room upgrade and there was a cake in our room on my wife's birthday. Hotel staff were without exception extremely friendly and helpful Will stay with you again

I truly enjoyed conversing with the front desk manager (sorry sir I forgot your name) who approached me at the lobby before the start of your 13th anniversary parade. So nice of you to go around to your guest, made me feel special. There were a couple of higher management around but did not approach any guest. Guess we’re not appreciated by them. Send my regards to the breakfast area staff, they were all amazing. Amazing job by the intern from Nepal (please wish him all the best for me). Big big thank you to the housekeeping crew especially the ones that were near the 2371 room..they’re extremely good. Never forgetting the buggy drivers too, appreciate your hard work and always being on time and so very careful.
