El hotel es bien, un poco antiguo pero es genial, las vistas a la montaña son geniales, lo malo es que el sol no da a piscina lo cual hace que el agua siempre esté helada

I read several reviews about housekeeping issues, like money being stolen during cleaning, but we didn’t face anything like that during our two-night stay. Overall, it’s a nice budget-friendly place, about a 15-minute walk to Ao Nang Beach, with plenty of Indian restaurants nearby. The views from most rooms are great, but I’d recommend opting for a cliff-view room. The only downside is that after 10 PM, no services are available—not even a water bottle.

I have to say that with this hotel we had the worst experience in Thailand. We have requested them to cancel our reservation due to bad weather and cancellation of one of our flights... we informed them 6 days before arrival and we were willing to pay half of our stay for free, because we could not go. They were first, extremely rude treating me like I am stupid, I have evidence of everything in the booking.com support chat and second, they have offered a partial refund after not replying in 2 days and then they said it was too late. I usually do not complain for this type of situations because we understand bot parties are affected but, in our case these were external circumstances... we asked 50% funding for a service we will not have, is not that we cancelled for another option... really unacceptable

Very nice hotel. Clean bedroom, good view to the cliff, amazing breakfast. I enjoyed so much the experience
