Kakerlaken!! Haben Zimmer gewechselt. Hatten in 3 von 4 Zimmern mehrere Kakerlaken und haben dann vorzeitig das Hotel verlassen. Managerin des Hotels sehr lieb und hat uns den größten Teil der Buchung erstattet. WLAN ist sehr schlecht! Smart TV vorhanden. Zimmerschlüssel kann man nicht von der Karte trennen. Sodass du die Karte mitnehmen musst tagsüber & nicht stecken lassen kannst, damit die Klima läuft. Shuttle brauch ab und zu mal paar Minuten. Passt aber. Hotel fährt einen 3x täglich kostenfrei Oneway in die City von Ao Nang. ;) Gym ist neu und suuuper. Direkt am Pool. Pool ist top!

I booked a room with Jacuzzi and the Jacuzzi is consistently dirty with loads of black bits floating around. I had to fill up the tub and rise off the water 4 times, still the same. The house keeping staff initially said it was normal, and now I complained to the reception, they acknowledged that they don't know why it's happening. It's disappointing given that it is our honeymoon and booked the resort for the jacuzzi.. and paid a premium for something we cannot use...

Dla mnie totalny sztos! Piękny i zadbany resort, prawdziwa dżungla w mieście. Nie jest w centrum Aonang, ale coś za coś- to miejsce dla osób szukających wypoczynku, w nie gwaru miasta. Zawsze jedna można skorzystać z bezpłatnego transferu do miasta 3x w ciągu dnia. Duże domki zapewniają prywatność i posiadają wszystko co trzeba! Są czyste, zadbane, design miejsca robi wrażenie. Basen jest niesamowicie położony, z pięknym widokiem na ogród. Raz mieliśmy nieproszonego gościa w domku, ale recepcja szybko zareagowała proponując nam zmianę pokoju. Polecamy każdemu kto będzie w Krabi!
