as part of our island hopping stay, Ritz Carlton was our first hotel as it is near to the airport which works for our late arrival. They have improved tremendously since the last time, everything works properly now. I'm very thankful for the room upgrade, it was situated high up with good view of the ocean, The birthday treat and inprinted coconuts were greatly appreciated. The transport arrangement from airport pickup, night trip to fisherman village to hotel transfer, all were done smoothly with no hiccups. it was perfect ! To all the staff - Thank you team Ritz Carlton Samui !

Zostal som na 5 nocí a hotel bol krásny a personál veľmi priateľský. Jeeb a jeho tím boli úžasní.

Toto je krásny hotel na sviežom tropickom ostrove, absolútne fantastická izba 🏝️✨ Bohužiaľ jediným problémom je, že ich veľký priestor niekedy prináša pomalé vyzdvihnutie, ale stále si zachováva vynikajúce služby, skvelé vybavenie a skvelé reštaurácie!
