Seekers Finders Rama IV Hotel, SureStay Collection by Best Western 

I have been staying at this hotel at least once every year since its opening. I have always appreciated the comfortable accommodation at an affordable price and genuinely enjoyed my stays here. However, during my most recent visit, I encountered an unpleasant incident that I feel compelled to share. On this occasion, I was in a hurry to meet friends and unintentionally forgot to leave a tip for the housekeeping staff. While tipping in Thailand is a gesture of gratitude, it is not an obligation, unlike in many Western countries. Unfortunately, it seemed that this situation led to a disappointing and uncomfortable experience with the housekeeping service. Upon returning to my room, I observed the following issues: - Amenities were carelessly thrown around. - Bedding was left in disarray. - Minibar items (such as Pepsi and juice) were not refilled (uncertain if this is provided daily or per stay). - Curtains, cushions, and even the hairdryer were in complete disorder. This kind of behavior was both shocking and unacceptable, as it significantly impacted the overall comfort and enjoyment of my stay. If dissatisfaction over tipping was a contributing factor, I believe this points to a deeper issue with management, such as ensuring fair wages and appropriate training for staff. I immediately reported these concerns to the front desk and even reached out to Best Western Corporate via Instagram. However, it took two days before I received a formal apology letter. While I appreciate the response, the delay in addressing the matter left me further disappointed. Despite this incident, I would like to acknowledge the positive aspects of my stay. I was very satisfied with the service provided during check-in, as the staff warmly welcomed me as a Best Western Rewards Elite member and clearly explained the facilities, including the pool and restaurant opening hours. I also appreciated the confirmed late check-out, arranged prior to my arrival, as well as the welcome drink voucher. I share this feedback not only to express my dissatisfaction but also with the hope that measures will be taken to ensure such incidents do not occur in the future.

Miloval tento hotel. Veľmi dobre vedený, nový a premyslene navrhnutý. Všetok personál bol priateľský a efektívny. Najlepšie známky od šéfkuchára, ktorý nám krásne pripravil zrelé mango, keď sa kuchyňa posledný deň práve zatvárala a nemali sme možnosť to urobiť sami. A veľkú hodnotu.

Truly a rare find that is so close to the subway line. The Hotel lies in a buzzing but still calm area. The rooms are clean, and packed with amenities. The staff is gracious and helpful, don't forget to say "Sawadee" to them. The pool on the top floor can get a bit cramped but the view of skyscrapers is superb. And they have a really great restaurant downstairs. Go for this hotel

This place checked all the boxes. It’s quiet, clean, and in a good location. Staff is friendly and accommodating. No complaints.
