Very nice hotel with comfortable beds and big and clean rooms!!The hotel is very close to Khao san road and next to a 7/11 store .I enjoyed my days there ,also the ladies at the reception are vey helpful and polite!!thank you all so much for the experience your hotel is totally recommended!!!

Great hotel. Big, clean room. A 711 next door was useful. About a ten min walk to Koh San Road. Very quiet though. Really recommend this hotel- everything you need in the room like a fridge and hairdryer.

Actually, I chose this hotel because I really wanted to stay in an area with fewer tourists. This is my first time in Bangkok, Thailand, and as a solo traveler, I need a secure and safe place to stay, as well as somewhere comfortable. The hotel is nice, the room is decent, and the bathroom is quite small and cramped. But I don't mind, it's still okay for me. However, there are many other guests who speak loudly, and you can hear it from your room. For those who are light sleepers, please reconsider staying here. As for the service and hospitality, oh my god… Coming from someone who also works in the hotel industry, where we strive to provide the best and most genuine service for guests, this hotel needs to learn how to treat guests better. First of all, the receptionist. I don’t mind if they can’t speak English very well, but when I arrived (around 9 pm), they weren’t very welcoming. I understand it was late, and maybe she was tired, but when I checked in, there was no smile, and she kept speaking in Thai. When I told her that I couldn’t speak Thai, she responded, "Oohhh, cannot speak Thai?" I still smiled and tried to ignore her rudeness. At the end of the check-in process, she rudely told me not to bring anyone to my room. This was strange, because I had no intention of bringing anyone to my room, and she didn’t even notice my wedding ring. But whatever, I tried to stay positive and not let her ruin my holiday. The second issue was with the housekeeping staff. On my first day, I left the hotel at 10 am to explore the area and gave my room key to request cleaning. When I returned around 12 pm, the room had not been made up. I decided to take a nap, but around 1 pm, someone tried to open my room door without knocking. Thankfully, I had used the string lock because I was napping half-naked. Can you imagine if I hadn’t locked the door, and they had just barged in? I was still trying to stay positive and smiled, telling them, "Oh, you want to clean my room? Just give me one minute, and I'll get dressed and leave." After that, I went out. I tried to explain to both housekeeping staff that I would give them my key and wait in the lobby while they cleaned my room. However, one of the ladies—who I don’t know by name—was extremely rude. If anyone from management is reading this, the lady I’m referring to worked on December 1st, 2024, around 1 pm. She is slim, with long dark hair and dark skin. I’m sure you’ll know who she is, as they don’t wear name tags. When I approached her to give my keys, she didn’t let me speak and just gestured for me to leave without making eye contact. Essentially, she was telling me to go away with her hand gesture. This was beyond ridiculous—why did she have to act like that? If she couldn’t speak English, she could have just communicated politely. I’m not asking for much—just basic respect, which should be common sense. On the other hand, her colleague, the other lady with short pixie hair and a cute smile, was sweet and kind. She approached me with a warm attitude, and I really appreciated her hospitality. Even though her English wasn’t perfect, she made me feel welcome. Thank you to her! Well, I don’t plan to return to this hotel, and I won’t recommend it to anyone. It’s sad that for a 3-star hotel, the hospitality is so poor. I hope that whoever reads this review will train the staff to be more polite and respectful to others. We come from the hospitality industry and work in tourist destinations, and I’m from Bali, so I understand the value of being nice and providing great hospitality to guests. My experiences in Thailand so far have been wonderful—I've met so many polite and friendly people, from food vendors to Grab drivers, mall security, police, and even beggars on Pratunam Street. Everyone was so polite and kind, except for your staff.
