Hotel Amic Horizonte recenzie 

I am writing this review to express my dissatisfaction with mine and my partners recent stay at Hotel Amic Horizonte. Unfortunately, our experience was far below the standards we expected. During our stay, we discovered ants in our room, which was both unpleasant and unacceptable. When we reported the issue to reception, we were informed that this was to be expected due to the hotel being “surrounded by nature.” This explanation was not only inaccurate, as the property is located in an urban area with artificial grass and little natural greenery, but also dismissive of the actual issue in that no apology was given. To make matters worse, the receptionist called ‘Julian’ who we had the unpleasurable experience of speaking with was rude and unhelpful. Instead of addressing our concerns professionally, we were blamed for leaving food out, which added to our frustration. As paying guests, we should not be held accountable for a pest problem in your facilities. We have stayed in many hotels in very rural areas and have never encounted pest issues. The receptionist said housekeeping would clean the room however when we returned to our room we found dead ants on the floor and some that were alive on the floor and the bed. We also found the room to be cold as our key card had been removed and therefore the electric had not been on all day. This is ironic as previously Julian from reception had said that morning that ‘food should not be left out and should just be in the fridge’ however due to the keycard being removed the food we did have in the fridge had been in a warm fridge all day and as it was meat could not be eaten due to risk. I believe it is the responsibility of the hotel to maintain a clean and pest-free environment for its guests. The lack of customer care and dismissive attitude I experienced were highly disappointing.

El personal, las habitaciones e instalaciones perfectas, cómodas, está cerca del centro comercial portopi y cerca del centro de Palma, la habitación con balcón tienen las mejores vistas al puerto, gracias chicos fue la mejor experiencia, fui por trabajo y celebrar mi cumpleaños, fue lo mejor , gracias por hacer mi estancia mucho más que agradable 🤍🤍🤍 super recomendable!

Za všetko si zaslúžia 5 hviezdičiek a je to v pomere k cenovej polohe. Dobré autobusové spojenie do centra mesta. hneď za dverami. V najlepších izbách, ktoré sa nachádzajú vo vysokej 9-poschodovej budove, je výborný výhľad na všetky strany. A ceny práve teraz na týždeň 700 eur vr. raňajky. Tak to je super. Pamätajte, že je lacné vziať si taxík.
