Every bad review about this place is right! Very run down, staff are very rude, got put in different room than ordered, when asked to switch was told we are only there for 4 days, why do we even care. If we dont like it we can go somewhere else. Was shocked to say the least. It was in the middle of the night too. Just avoid at any cost. Also didnt hear anyone speak any other language than german. 95% of people are retired germans. Staff only cares about being nice to them. Only german channels on tv. I mean just avoid. Or take intk consideration that every bad review on here is completely true.
