Paradisus Los Cabos Adults Only 

Prišli sme si oddýchnuť a to sme urobili, ak môžete počkať na upgrade, keď sa dostanete do rezortu, ušetríte nejaké mince. Upgrade rezervy úplne stojí za to! Práve išli len pre dospelých a ak si potrebujete oddýchnuť od detí, potom Áno, veľmi odporúčam! Personál je veľmi priateľský a ste priamo na pláži! Veľa rôznych jedál na výber. Relax relax relax relax!

In short, worst vacation experience ever. This hotel is 2 star at best. I have been in Holiday Inns with nicer rooms with more amenities. The room had mold stains and smelled horrible with obvious attempts to paint over water damage. We had to complain each day to get the room restocked with snacks and drinks that were minimal to begin with for the price. The food was horrible and every menu had an up-charge list if you wanted a decent meal. The drinks that were included were as low as you can get but it didn't matter since there wasn't a single bar that knew how to make a mix drink. By the way, there is only one bar open at night for the entire hotel. Meal wait times were rediculous at over an hour 90% of the time. Breakfast was only exception since it was buffet. I will say the staff was very friendly and ocean view was very nice. It appears to be a management/owner problem as to why this hotel should rate at 2 or less. The constant push to to sit through a sales pitch to be a member is also very annoying. We just came to relax and felt like we were on used car lot each day. I write very few reviews but this needed to be told.

Very poor management of staff. You wait extended time to be seated for the restaurants; then once seated do not expect anyone to acknowledge you for about 15 minutes; then once seated e your order is taken it’s about an hour or longer. The staff are really nice just poorly managed. At the pool they have one lady taking orders and cooking plus providing the orders for the wait staff…so if you order in line it will take over an hour for items like hot dogs or nachos. Then the drinks are more like mocktails. The room smells of mold and are very basic. I typically do not write bad reviews but for what you have to pay for this place…I thought people should be aware.

Well worth it for all-inclusive... especially if you book at a discount. I don't know if we would have paid full price, but we caught a Black Friday deal and got a Reserve one bedroom suite at a steal. There are plenty of food and drinks options. Breakfast was particularly good, especially as a vegetarian. Our favorite restaurant was the Mexican one. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because there was a consistent odor that came up through the drains in our bathroom. It was manageable, but it didn't go away after maintenance came, and it was enough to impact our stay by 1 star. FYI, there is not much water access from the hotel and you have to use the beach in front of the Hilton. It's not a big deal and there are beach cabanas. Lastly, getting a room with access to the Reserve section is worth the price. It comes with access to an exclusive restaurant, exclusive pool, and exclusive lounge with good snacks and cocktails. They also have special events, like the hatchling turtles we got to see released. We would probably go again.

Our group of 22 came and I personally am very pleased. Besides our original room not being ready due to a paint issue and how long it takes to get our food in "some" of the resturants, we are very pleased. Our room service was great. Everyday there was another surprise waiting for us. Vodka and Mints, champagne and strawberries another night. Just wonderful. We got messages (I had two). My husband and I were very pleased with Anna and Belen. What great masseuse's. They really focused on what we needed. The facility was great. Get there at least 45 minutes before your scheduled message so you can use the fountain pool and infrared or steam sauna. The turtle sanctuary is great. I love the care the staff provides. Being able to watch them get released into the ocean is wonderful. Watching the whales from our balcony was wonderful. We swam with the dolphins and we're very pleased with Cabo Adventutes. Thanks to all the staff keeps everything looking so wonderful, beautiful and clean.
