El hotel en general es muy bueno. El area de niños “Beach bunch” es una excelente opción para los peques, tienen actividades para todas las edades y las chicas son muy lindas y amables , en especial Mary, Dash, Andy, Jamie, Erandy, Sam, Mariana y Majo.

El grupo de entertainment fui super! Rain, Aldo, Super Santos y Leon era bien amables y diviertidos!

Skvelé služby, každý je super priateľský a užitočný. Lluvia bola super milá a pozorná a pomohla mojim chlapcom vyrobiť nejaké náramky

Food quality was really low . Only steakhouse was okay but the rest was really bad amd below average quality.Restaurant staff discriminate guests and not treat them equally. Also one time when I was at my room asked for room service and asked the lady to replace dirty glasses with new one but she put them in washroom sink which wasn’t clean and wash them with some spray that probably she used for disinfect the toilet. Also she changed blanket but not pillow cover. Bars also didn’t have menu which was kind of odd and drinks were diluted except the lobby bar

Recepčná nebola prinajmenšom priateľská, každopádne jedlo bolo celkom dobré, bazény boli veľmi pekné a najlepšie je, že je to pred plážou. Pretože je to zlato, nemáte žiadne výhody, iba diamanty.
