Rooms are nice and clean. We have stayed at a few other resorts lately and have never been so bothered by the extra money that this resort tries to make. Numerous times we have dined and no one has returned to our table to check in with us. I'm just comparing with other all inclusive resorts and this resort falls way short of others for lesser prices. Premium pricing and below par service and services. Very limited dining and having to be on a waiting list for restaurants is just annoying. Once we finally got seated for our steakhouse experience it was horrible and we really felt neglected. It was ashamed that we thought we were going to get a nice dining experience.

výlet sa mi absolútne páčil a užil som si úžasný čas s mojou rodinou. Moja rodina sa tak dobre bavila pri sledovaní všetkých predstavení a pri maľovaní na tvár a malých veciach pred predstavením. Vďaka Alexejovi sa moja rodina cítila veľmi vítaná a vždy každému vyčarila úsmev na tvári. Vrelo odporúčame zostať tu a navštíviť Alexeja v zábavnom aspekte cesty

Entertainment was AMAZING!! Super interactive!! The absolute best!! Would recommend to everyone!!

Alexei (& all the Entertainment Team) are amazing, this team keeps everyone laughing & having a great time. Highly recommend this resort for families of all ages (ours were 22,20,19 & 16) over Christmas. SO fun!
