I wanted to go somewhere warm and relaxing for my 45th with my husband and JOIA Paraiso did NOT disappoint. The room was beautiful, food and drinks were amazing and the service from the staff was A1! Our butlers Gustavo and Antonio went out of their way to make sure EVERY need was met. They also were so nice and welcoming. We’ve been to JOIA Rose Hall and Iberostar Selection Sabila’ and this will be another one that we will put on our list for a revisit!

Benjamin is an absolute wonder, he’s extremely well mannered and a great help. He completed all task without any issues and with a beautiful smile. The resort is beautiful and full of great energy. Thank you again to the wonderful staff.

The resort was fantastic. The beach and rooms were super clean. The food was excellent and the buffets were so well stocked with everything! Thanks to our butlers, Angel, Karolina, Marcelo and Trinidad. Paola at concierge was great. The entertainment crew had a ton of fun events...thanks Ada for your energy! We enjoyed the shows and the after parties in the bar. Just a perfect vacation.
