Relaxačné stredisko

Krásne prostredie, dobré jedlo, ale nejaké nevýhody Zostali sme v tomto stredisku koncom marca a mali sme celkovo dobré skúsenosti, aj keď tam bolo niekoľko vecí, ktoré by mohli byť lepšie. The Good: Rezort sa nachádza v krásnej, dobre udržiavanej džungli a vytvára skutočne pokojnú atmosféru. Jedlo bolo dobré - obrovské raňajky a obedy formou bufetu s množstvom rozmanitosti plus možnosti à la carte pre obe jedlá, ak dávate prednosť niečomu osobnejšiemu. Existuje šesť tematických reštaurácií, z ktorých dve alebo tri boli obzvlášť skvelé. Personál bol priateľský a pozorný a uistil sa, že máme všetko, čo sme potrebovali. O skvelú zábavu sa postarala aj skupina Imperial Band. The Bad: Prihlásenie trvalo viac ako hodinu a väčšinu času sme strávili len sedením a čakaním bez akýchkoľvek aktualizácií od personálu, čo bolo trochu frustrujúce. Počas nášho pobytu tiež oceán nebol skvelý na kúpanie. Niektorí miestni ľudia nám neskôr povedali, že pre túto oblasť je typická skorá jar. Vlny boli obrovské a bolo tam dosť veľa morských rias. The Ugly: Priamo na pláži prebiehali stavebné práce, ťažké stroje a zbíjačky pracovali od 8:00 do 18:00 každý deň okrem nedele. Bolo ťažké to ignorovať, najmä keď som sa snažil relaxovať pri vode. Bohužiaľ, táto výstavba bude pravdepodobne pokračovať ešte minimálne rok. Záverečné myšlienky: Celkovo je rezort krásny, s dobrým jedlom, vynikajúcimi službami a dobre udržiavaným areálom. Pomalá registrácia, drsné podmienky na oceáne a hluk zo stavby však veci trochu utlmili.

What a dream! Beautiful place and amazing food and service!

Staff was great , 6th time here definitely be back. Food was excellent and my room was perfect. The mail pool was perfect and good entertainment. The nights is great and the entertainment was fenomenal. Habachi and surf and turf was our favorites. Service and the cuality was one of the best things for us. Thank you valentin see you next time! Moja žena a ja som tu strávil svadobnú cestu v roku 2022 a odvtedy som sa vrátil v roku 2025. Toto je najlepší rezort, v ktorom som kedy bol a kedy pôjdem len sem. Nemôžem dostatočne povedať, aké úžasné je toto miesto, všetci zamestnanci sú vždy optimistickí a je radosť s ním komunikovať.

Okay let’s start off by saying this is a beautiful resort and the workers are so friendly and extremely hard working! Please be aware, dinners here are casual and lunches and breakfast don’t have a dress code so you can wear shorts and all to those. Each restaurant has a theme and menu to follow. Alan at the front desk was great! The pool area was great and the MC Israel was phenomenal at his job. The pools have a swim up bar and the drinks are decent. I say decent because you can definitely tell they’re watered down or diluted in bottle. A sign for sure is bathroom trips when you’re expecting yellow from all the drinking and seeing a hydrated clear number one lol.. but regardless, they’re decent. The water pressure was great and got hot too! The shower door in my room opened inside the shower which felt a little backwards to me. Towels were good and heavy but a bit rough but got you really dry. The food is great! Breakfast was amazing and the lunch truck near the pool is awesome too. Safety wise, rest assured that me and my group felt absolutely secure here and never had an issue with anything. Of course always protect yourself, but I bring it up because the resort just felt safe. They have shows and bands every night along with activities throughout the day. They work with any food allergies you may have and substitute what you can’t for what you can. Beach looked pretty good as well but I didn’t spend much time there as I prefer a pool. They have a fresh churro cart too that was great! Oscar is a waiter in a lot of the restaurants and he’s amazing! Martha stood out as well in the Don Miguel bar. Room service 24/7 was insane so we had to try it and it was great and so convenient. One thing I will say, pack you some indigestion meds and tums for sure. Although the food was great, it definitely doesn’t stay around like the food in America lol.. All in all, a great resort and place to visit. I would return. 4 stars because of watered down drinks.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Valentin Imperial. The resort is prestine, landscape and campus beautiful and breathtaking. We HIGHLY recommend the private dinner experience at the French restaurant, L'Alsace. The 7 course dinner is delicious and unique with excellent service from Daniel and Ruth. Matìas, the sommelier, is Amazing with his wine recommendations, especially the Reserve Shiraz from Casa Madero. You have to go to the Don Miguel lounge for delicious specialty cocktails like the cotton candy mojito from Martha!!
