Hyatt Zilara Cancún recenzie 

ZAMILOVANÝ DO MANAŽÉRA.

I was the guest nutritionist this past week and had an incredible experience at Hyatt Zilara Cancun. The customer service is phenomenal with very attentive waiters. The cuisine options and beverages were delicious. The hotel was very clean and well organized.

Wonderful all inclusive resort in Cancún. Excellent service, restaurants, and ambiance. Great nightly shows. Super friendly staff. Great facilities all around. Highly recommend!

Update: We checked in today and we were waiting for our room when a nice employee, Arturo, was reviewing the hotel and helping me out with holiday plans. LATER I figured out he is not an employee but with the collections group. Shame on you Hyatt! Terrible greeting and change from the last time I was here. Now I fear I will be bugged the entire trip. I will update again. I hope this is made right. We just returned from our vacation! It was fantastic. My husband and I enjoyed a massage with Elisabeth and Connie at the spa which instantly relaxed us. Very friendly staff that were attentive. We especially had a great conversation with Julio, at Asiana, about local food and cooking. Mateo and Victor at Maria Marie created wonderful dinner experiences for us. I get up early, so it was easy to find a cabana by the pool! I would also recommend catching the Mexican evening of entertainment.
