Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa recenzie 

My experience planning my wedding at Dreams Tulum Resort and Spa has been an absolute nightmare. My wedding is next week and we are still scrambling. If you are considering this hotel for your wedding: Don’t do it. Run! I am writing a full review and will post all the details on why this place is mediocre at best.

Experiencia inolvidable, el resort es de un tamaño perfecto para tenerlo todos los servicios cerca sin necesidad de trasporte. La playa es preciosa, hay que llevar cuidado si hay oleaje porque no puedes ver las piedras. Son km y km de playa y selva sin nada mas,Precioso. Si buscas un resort apartado de las típicas zonas turísticas conectado con la naturaleza es ideal. La calidad de la comida es excelente, siempre comemos en.El seaside y la atención de Alfredo Sánchez en el restaurante muy buena. Todos los restaurantes son a la carta menos en el desayuno. Muy recomendable la experiencia. A destacar el equipo de animación con Ricky, realiza unos shows espectaculares

We (9 of us) went to Dreams Tulum during the Thanksgiving break of 2024 and the experience was horrible. 1) Drinks and food were way below average. Drinks were watery and food was tasteless ( for all restaurants apart from Sea-side grill ). 2) No staff was there to take drinks and food orders around the pool and the beach. 3) We had an ocean-view room and the furniture were broken. Wood was chopped from the bed and tables. 4) The bathroom and wash basin were clogged for most of the time. 5) Room key got disabled 3 times, every time you need to go to the concierge to get it fixed, which is quite a long walk and climb up stairs. Yes, you read that right, no elevator in the building. As if these weren't enough, we were shocked to the core when a huge wall mirror( around 6 ft) just came out of the wall hanging all by itself and fell on the ground ( the porter boy was there, who confirmed to the front desk that it came by itself ) and the front desk told that they are going to charge 200 USD for breaking it. When we told them that their porter boy confirmed it wasn't us but the mirror came out by itself, still they argued they had to charge us as it's the hotel policy. Just 5 minutes back we were in front of the mirror, which could have caused severe injury to us, rather than apologizing they had the audacity to say that they are going to charge us. I mean really? SO PLEASE BE AWARE OF ALL THESE FAKE REVIEWS BEFORE BOOKING A VACATION WITH THEM. BOOK SOME OTHER RESORT AND SAVE YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS FROM HARRSMENT.
