I had a terrifying experience at this hotel, and I strongly urge anyone considering staying here to think twice. I was feeling extremely ill and went to see the hotel doctor, who charged me $200 for a consultation. He told me I was showing signs of a heart attack, so I rushed to the hospital, just to be told that I had nothing wrong with me. They said it could only be food poisoning—at a luxury hotel? Seriously? I spent $1,000 at the hospital for tests, only to find out it was probably the hotel’s food making me sick because the one from the hotel told me it was a heart attack signs. The doctor from the hôtel was completely unqualified, unprofessional, and most likely scamming guests. And the food? Absolutely disgusting, not even close to being worth the price they charge. To make things worse, the staff seemed miserable and uninterested in doing their jobs. This place is a nightmare—a dangerous, overpriced scam. Stay away if you value your health and your money!

The restaurants were very disorganized, the golf carts did not pick us up when they were supposed to (it was terribly bad when we had to leave for the airport) and two of the golf cart drivers made unpleasant comments in our faces. A lot of the staff was just not what you would expect at one of these hotels. We talked to concierge about what was going on and they apologized and sent a bottle. They also said they would write a note so at least the restaurants would pay more attention to their service but things did not change a bit for the rest of our stay. We have stayed at cheaper and more expensive all inclusives and by far this was the worst one. I will make sure my family and friends don’t spend their money and vacation time in this hotel.

Naša skúsenosť v rezorte Dorado bola mimoriadna, milovali sme to! ! ! Krásny rezort, super čistý a postaraný do všetkých detailov, plus aktivity, ktoré ponúka Lomas Hospitality, rezervácie generované z aplikácie pre reštaurácie, izbová služba a vo všeobecnosti 10 služieb, ktoré ponúka celý personál. Samozrejme sa vrátime a odporučíme rodine a priateľom. Jediné, čo sa nám nepáčilo, je, že pre Mexičanov nie sú žiadne bankomaty, len na výber v dolároch, museli nás odviesť do bankomatu Santander pre zamestnancov, keďže v dolároch si účtujú poplatok 40 USD za výber.

My wife and I recently spent four incredible days at El Dorado Royale, and it was an experience we’ll never forget. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking scenery and the luxurious accommodations. Every detail of the resort felt thoughtfully designed to immerse guests in relaxation and beauty. One of the highlights of our stay was the food. Most of it was gourmet, offering an impressive range of flavors and beautifully presented dishes. From vibrant breakfasts to elegant dinners, the culinary experience was top-notch. The all-inclusive package made it even better—there were very few extra costs, allowing us to fully enjoy everything the resort had to offer. The staff at El Dorado Royale were truly exceptional. Their kindness and attentiveness stood out at every turn. No matter where we went, we were greeted with a warm “Hola!”—even by staff driving past on golf carts. Their genuine friendliness added so much to the experience and made us feel incredibly welcomed. Getting around the resort was easy and fun, thanks to the large golf carts that shuttled us wherever we needed to go. And then there were the pools—oh, the pools! Our suite had direct access to a lazy river that connected to two large pools, which felt like our private oasis. Floating right from our room into the serene waters was simply amazing. El Dorado Royale offers the perfect blend of luxury, relaxation, and hospitality. We left feeling recharged and grateful for such a wonderful getaway. If you’re considering a trip to Cancun, we wholeheartedly recommend this slice of paradise.

Odporúčam veľmi náročným klientom. Hotel vzdialený asi 30 minút jazdy od letiska v Cancúne. Hotel veľmi rozľahlý a chvíľu som sa strácal pretože je to komplex 3 hotelov Eldorado Royale, Eldorado Casitas (adults only), Eldorado Generations (pre rodiny s deťmi). Po areáli jazdia golfové vozíky takže aj nohy si oddýchnu. Prvý dojem veľmi dobrý. Vysoký štandard a vysoko, vysoko nadpriemerné 5* služby. Personál vám modré z neba znesie. Veľmi rád by som to porovnal s nejakou inou krajinou, ale naozaj ma nenapadá nič, jedine snáď Turecko ale tam tiež len zopár hotelov sa približuje. Pre mna zatiaľ top hotel v akom som mal možnosť byť ubytovaný. Wifi má pokrytie po celom areáli vrátane izieb a pláže. Rýchlosť výborná a budete ju potrebovať aby ste stíhali zdieľať všetky tie zážitky. Videohovory domov absolútne bez problémov. Čítať celú recenziu
