Les chambres sont spacieuses, équipement parfait et propreté irréprochable. 5 piscines, une belle plage paradisiaque à l'abri du vent. Petit déjeuner variés et copieux. Merci à Luis et ses équipes. I recently stayed at Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya and, unfortunately, found it to be the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had at a Conrad—and perhaps at any Hilton property. The endless problems that arose each day significantly impacted my stay, making it far from the high standard of service I’ve come to expect as a Diamond Hilton Honors member. Here are the main issues I encountered during my stay: 1. Maintenance Issues: - The front door knob of my suite was broken upon arrival. Despite requesting maintenance, it was still not fixed by the time I checked out. - The door between the bedroom and suite living room produced loud, grating noises whenever it was opened or closed, suggesting improper installation. 2. Inconsistent Water Pressure: The water pressure in the suite was inconsistent, fluctuating between normal and very low throughout my stay. 3. Missing Amenities: On the first night, Ceiba Club amenities were missing. When I reported this to the front desk, I was told it might take several days to resolve. This response was unacceptable for a property of this caliber. 4. Service Quality: The front desk service was the worst I’ve encountered at any Hilton property. The staff appeared poorly trained, confused, and struggled with clear communication in English. 5. Power Outages: Power outages were a recurring issue, particularly disruptive during showers. On one day alone, the power cut out three times. 6. Disruptions to Rest: - On Thanksgiving Saturday, I was awakened at 7 AM by a loud group fitness class on the beach. For a holiday weekend, when most guests might want to sleep in, this was especially disruptive and inconsiderate. - The "Do Not Disturb" light in my suite did not work, leading to repeated disturbances by housekeeping at inconvenient times. 7. Air Conditioning Issues: One night, the air conditioning failed to maintain the set temperature of 65°F, remaining at 72°F instead. Combined with thick bedding, this resulted in an uncomfortable night’s rest. Out of the five nights we stayed at the property, three nights we had disrupted sleep - one night due to loud early morning class, one night due to AC malfunctioning, and one night due to repeated disturbing by housekeeping even though we had our 'do not disturb' on. This ratio of poor, disrupted sleep is unheard of and we have never experienced anything close to this level before. As a frequent traveler, I have never experienced a stay riddled with so many issues at any Hilton property, let alone a Conrad. Each day brought new problems, and the lack of resolution only deepened my frustration. I expected much more from the property and left feeling disappointed in the experience provided. I trust that you will review this feedback seriously to improve the experience for future guests and ensure such issues are addressed.

Got T boned on a golf cart by a full sized delivery truck, managers would not even address the situation with me after reaching out several times (while i was there and emails and through corporate) not going to rant, just don’t get hurt on Hilton conrad property because they don’t care Multiple other bad experience here but this is by far worst Conrad I ever stayed in

Conrad was a nice place to retreat and to be surrounded by lush greenery and ocean view. The hotel staff were quick to respond to inquires prior and during our stay. Thanks to Karla, Mishel and all of the hotel staff for making it an enjoyable stay in Tulum. As part of the Ceiba Club benefits, we enjoyed the lovely room with complimentary bottle of wine, the Ceiba Lounge complimentary food and drinks, the complimentary late night dining, the private beach, and discounted spa treatment. It also includes 30 min kayak/paddle boarding for each day that we missed. Ceiba experience was enjoyable. One bartender in the lounge elevated our experience at the lounge by giving us a small mezcal/tequila tasting. The spa experience was unique; they started off the massage session with a Mayan ritual-they lit up some incense to breathe in some positivity. If you are doing a couple massage, it should be noted that you two can enjoy the pool together. However, saunas and hot beds are separated by male and female. Dining at Kengai was a pleasant experience. The restaurant was very accommodating in meeting the needs of those with dietary restrictions. A luxury hotel, prices will be accordingly. Big property, most activities in central lobby, one might need to walk or call for golf cart as needed, but punctuality 100%. Overall, a great experience, Ceiba definitely worth it.
