Krásny, obrovský, tichý hotel s veľkou plážou. Bohatý bufet, občerstvenie, nápoje, nápoje.

Pésima experiencia, ya he visitado otros hoteles de la cadena y nada que ver con este, la comida feisima poco variada, fría y de mala calidad las cenas horribles, la limpieza pésima, nos tocó un habitación con cucarachas y matamos una los 4 días ahí se quedó la mancha porque por más que pedímos se hiciera bien el aseo no lo hicieron como se debe, los del bar atienden muy diferente y con prioridad a los extranjeros que a los nacionales, no regresaría jamás, en los otros hoteles de la cadena mi experiencia ya sido completamente diferente

En ningún hotel que haya visitado me había sentido tan discriminado como en este, esto por parte del barman Jose Lopez del pool bar Guacamaya, el miercoles 18 de diciembre estuve con mi familia esperando a que llegara por que ni los meseros del restaurante sabían a donde había ido, fuimos los primeros en llegar a la barra posteriormente un grupo de 4 extranjeros llegó a la barra, cuando por fin llegó el barman nos observo e inmediatamente les preguntó a los chicos extranjeros "que les voy a preparar?" Se notaba que ya los ubicaba! A lo que mi mamá le dijo "nosotros llegamos primero" a lo que el barman enojado nos observo con menosprecio y les pregunto a los chicos extranjeros quien llegó primero, los chicos amablemente le contestaron que nosotros, el barman enojado y muy grosero nos preparo nuestras bebidas de mala gana, definitivamente horribles! La verdad no regresariamos jamás!

First time traveling out of the States to an all inclusive! We booked the villa and unfortunately the first night of our arrival the AC units were being worked on so they had to put us into 2 separate rooms. Where as it was an inconvenience for us they did compensate us to the fullest with mimosas every morning, a private room for dinner and even a complementary bottle of Don Julio for our room! Every member of the staff was super friendly and really went above and beyond to make our experience the best it could possibly be! We were super pleased to be greeted by Daniel who really shined a light on us everyday not just the first day we arrived ! He greeted us every morning with a magnificent smile on his face with Buenos días to follow! Jorge has top tier managing skills making sure all our needs were accommodated due to the inconvenience of our first night. Ismael was our most favorite bartender and tried to be sure to find him every day! He really matched our energy and made sure we had a fun/safe time ! And last but not least Jair's entertainment skills was top tier! From Zumba to yoga to all the different games by the pool he really made this resort special! I highly recommend to anyone whether it be a business trip, family trip, girls trip, couples trip, this resort is the place to be ! Thank you for making our experience the best it could possibly be! If we're back in Cancun we'll definitely be staying with you again ! Gracias eres muy apreciado !!
