Hotel Oasis 

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at! The management is absolutely awful, I got charged 255 dirhams for 2 drinks which is enough for 4/5 drinks and when I realised that I’d been overcharged they accused me of having 4 drinks (why would a single person buy 4 drinks at once anyway?!) and that I put the other two in my handbag (I never even had a handbag only a bumbag which a small bottle of beer wouldn’t even fit in) so they flat out lied and not only that but the manager and head chef teamed up and were being really aggressive towards me which made me feel really on edge and unwelcome for the rest of the holiday. They also had a go at me and my partner because we told them that the bathroom mat and hand towel had been taken and not replaced, he said this was not possible and then it happened 2 more times in the space of 4 days. The toilet seat was broken, took 2 days to ‘fix it’ and then after half a day it started sliding off again. It says there is room service but there isn’t as there’s no phone, there’s also no safe in the room, the pool is clean but freezing, the beds are like ROCKS and there is a nightclub attached to the hotel which pumps music until about 5am EVERY SINGLE NIGHT! So I didn’t get a wink of sleep. The bathroom was filthy, there was black marks on the walls and floor where it hadn’t been cleaned properly for ages, there were bogeys on the walls, the bath edges were rusty, the non slip mat in the bath was covered in black mould, the walls were like paper so I got woken up by people next door getting intimate too, the air con works but it’s not great tbh. The excursions that we booked were mis sold to us, paradise river is dry and the guide didn’t come with us so it wasn’t a guided tour, the sand boarding didn’t work on the mini Sahara as the sand dunes are too small so they shouldn’t include it in the advertisement. The food is horrible! There’s barely any choice and they use left over cold dinner items for breakfast. Literally only ate eggs and croissants the whole week for breakfast. The WiFi literally doesn’t work or didn’t from our room anyway, the spa area is really dingy and the gym is dated, it’s like walking down into a damp cave. Lastly my partner was drinking from a glass and then realised that it was broken on the lip where he had been drinking from, he brought this to the managers attention and he just ignored him and walked off! We went on an excursion the last day booked through the hotel and they locked us out of our room due to us being late to check out and tried to force us to pay more money and we’re really rude to us AGAIN not that we expected any less at this point, tbh after the way that they treated us we deserved compensation not to pay more money to them!!!! Absolutely ruined our holiday. Would never go there again even if somebody paid me! Avoid at all costs!

Hôtel super j’ai séjourner de dimanche à mardi le personnel top la chambre top jetait juste en face de la mer il y avais tout à disposition le seul point négatif le petit déjeuner ne donne pas trop envie le jus était pas bon les viennoiseries de même les confitures ça allez mais vraiment c’est la seul chose à re dire le reste c’était parfait
