Saraya Corniche Hotel 

Where the guests need to please to the hotel staffs. The management is the worst ever, we signed long stay contract for 6 months but they just cancelled it when my second month just started. The housekeeping staffs who don’t do proper cleaning, just changed the bed linens. Btw I lost my earbuds and one cushion, when I asked housekeeping they said they didn’t know. I reported to Housekeeping Manager but there’s no response. The Front office who doesn’t have manners, one of them just laughed on me when my card was unsuccessful to do the payment, she insulted me in front of other guests and said that i don’t have money, but their EDC machine is the one not support for Amex card. And I don’t feel that this is 5 stars as labeled this hotel.

I had a great experience at Saraya Corniche Hotel. The location is perfect, close to the Corniche, Souq Waqif, and the Museum of Islamic Art, making it ideal for both sightseeing and business trips. The rooms are spacious, clean, and offer beautiful views of the Arabian Gulf. The hotel facilities, like the indoor pool, gym, and spa, are well-maintained and add to the overall comfort. The staff is polite, professional, and always ready to assist. While the breakfast could offer a bit more variety, the overall value for money is excellent. I would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Doha.
