Hotel sa nachádza v tichej rezidenčnej štvrti, ale len desať minút chôdze od Las Galletas. Priestor okolo bazéna je pekný a s množstvom nových postelí.
Nápoje sa podávajú v papierových pohároch, čo nezvyšuje chuť, najmä slabé pivo.
Najlepšia vec na hoteli je milá pani Claudia na recepcii, ktorá je priateľská a tvrdo pracuje, aby vám pomohla. Zdá sa, že vždy musí pracovať na neskoré zmeny! To isté nemôžem povedať o tej druhej nešťastnej mladšej blondínke!
Jedlo v reštaurácii bolo priemerné, ale vždy sa niečo na jedenie našlo. Personál bol milý, okrem manažérky reštaurácie. Taká nešťastná a nikdy sa neozvala „prosím“ ani „ďakujem“!!

Personál je zdvorilý a pozorný. Hotel je zastaraný, rovnako ako naša izba. Potrebuje poriadnu rekonštrukciu, aby bol moderný. Tri dni sú úplne dosť, pretože v hoteli nie je veľa čo vidieť. Los Abrigos, Las Galletas a Amarilla sú však v pešej vzdialenosti. Prechádzky si musíte užiť; je tu veľa čo robiť, najmä ak chcete nájsť dobré miesta na kúpanie. Jedlo nie je skvelé. Je tam dosť jedla, je to veľmi jednoduché, ale je to masovo vyrábané jedlo; kvalita nie je na tej správnej úrovni a chýba mu autentickosť. Som si istý, že je v tom viac než len paella... V januári sme sa dobre vyspali (vzhľadom na množstvo prechádzok) a mali sme slnečné lúče, čo je hlavné. Inak sa na Tenerife tak skoro nevrátime.

Toto je veľmi starý hotel. Počul som, že bol postavený v 70. rokoch minulého storočia a nikdy nebol zrekonštruovaný, a je to vidieť, pretože všetko zostalo pozadu. Po dôkladnej generálke by to bol skvelý rezort.
Izby sú priestranné, ale veľmi zanedbané a zastarané. Bazén má celkom dobrú veľkosť a čistotu a najlepšia vec na hoteli je služba od personálu. Bufet bol trochu obmedzený, ale všetko bolo veľmi dobré. Veľmi sa mi páčil aj pokoj v letovisku a jeho ideálna poloha na návštevu ostrova. Veľmi dobrá voľba, ak hľadáte miesto na spanie, jedenie a prehliadku ostrova.

zostal som v tomto hoteli z pekla týždeň, cítil som sa ako mesiac. Šváby všade mravce po celej podlahe a posteli sa každých 5 minút vypínala elektrina a ochrankár sa celý nahneval a povedal mi, aby som zapol poistku späť na seba, nechal poistkovú skrinku pre celý hotel dokorán otvorenú pre deti, ktoré chodia, mám rád svoje jedlo, ale bravčová krkovička nie je v mojom týždennom plánovači jedla! tuniaková omáčka na cestoviny …nie vďaka zmrzlina sediaca v nádobe ROZTOPENÁ hneď, ako vojdete do reštaurácie, skôr ako mliečny kokteil veľmi horúci …..podlaha je celá popraskaná v izbách žiadna klimatizácia iba stropný ventilátor v obývačke nič v spálni, takže nemôžem spať v noci každý hosť, s ktorým sme hovorili, povedal presne to isté o všetkom vyššie uvedenom .bazén je krásny, ale plavčík sa nestará len o kohokoľvek v bare. čas alebo v reštaurácii 6 eur za wifi na 24 hodín za JEDNO zariadenie, ktoré nefunguje na izbe iba na recepcii všetko, za čo musíte zaplatiť, TV diaľkové ovládanie, wifi, trezor, nové uteráky, úschovňa batožiny je v stave a nie je tam žiadny ventilátor ani klimatizácia, takže môžete sedieť 6 hodín a čakať na a. let nie je ideálny, cesta okolo hotela dokonca ani nemôže spôsobiť deťom a dospelým veľmi škaredý pád. za každú cenu sa im vyhnúť

Obmedzené zariadenia sú pozoruhodné v poskytovaných službách, vrátane špinavého bazéna a raňajok, ktoré boli veľmi obmedzené v množstve aj rozmanitosti.
