Ubytovanie bolo dobre umiestnené, pohodlné a plné šarmu.
Je škoda, že pobyt pokazil personál pripravujúci raňajky, ktorý bol zjavne nespokojný s tým, že tam bol (ani jeden úsmev), neschopný (nedokázal vyriešiť problém s kávovarom a ponúknuť uspokojivú alternatívu) a úplne sa nezaujímal o hostí (bolo to „nie“, bez ohľadu na to, o čo ste žiadali). To všetko za raňajky, ktoré neboli ani zvlášť dobré a ktoré ste si museli upratať sami, inak riskovali, že na vás budú hrubo kričať! Stačilo to na to, aby ste každý deň začali trochu podráždene. Z tohto dôvodu sa sem už nikdy nevrátim a toto miesto by som nikomu neodporúčal.

V tomto hoteli sme mali úplne úžasný pobyt! Od začiatku do konca.
Špeciálne poďakovanie patrí Jaky, ktorá urobila maximum pre to, aby bol náš pobyt výnimočný. Bola neuveriteľne milá, pozorná a úprimne sa starala o to, aby sme sa s priateľmi cítili pohodlne a aby sa o nás postarali. Jej pozitívny prístup a ochota skutočne zmenili situáciu a dodali nášmu zážitku osobný nádych.
Nemohli sme si priať lepší pobyt a určite sa vrátime. Tento hotel vrelo odporúčame každému, kto hľadá skvelé služby a úžasný zážitok!

Hotel má bočný vchod, ktorý vám umožňuje rýchly prístup po boku hotela Bitacora, potom cez cestu po boku najlepšieho hotela Tenerife a ste na zlatej míli. Určite stojí za to vyskúšať.

Začnime pozitívne: izba je pekná.
Neodporúčam však. Zarezervoval som si telefonicky (priateľský chlap, žiadny problém!) A spomenul som, že tam musím ísť pešo, čo mi zaberie 20 - 30 minút. Ten, ktorý ma uistil, že budem v poriadku, keď spomeniem svoje meno a inak zavolám späť.
Asi po 30 minútach som dorazil na pozemok.
Ochranka, ktorá nehovorila žiadnymi inými jazykmi, sa mi snažila pomôcť, ale nešlo to. Strávil som ďalších 30 na recepcii a nakoniec som zavolal späť telefonátovi, ktorý ma ubezpečil, že to bude „len pár minút“, spýtal som sa ho, či si je istý, že sa ubytujem v primeranom čase, keďže na druhý deň pracujem (lekár) a inak si rezervujem iný hotel. Zabezpečil mi len pár minút.
Ďalších 30 minút čakania som musel poskytnúť svoje údaje. Nakoniec som dostal kľúč (aleluja!) a chlapík ma odprevadil späť do kabíny v prednej časti priamo cez BLASTING music a železné dvere, ktoré stále silno rezonovali. Absolútne NIE JE vhodné na nočný spánok pre pracujúceho profesionála. Moja poznámka o hluku bola ignorovaná alebo nepochopená.
Spýtal som sa na wifi, bolo mi povedané, že „manana“, takže ma pacient nemôže zastihnúť.
Nechápte ma zle, asi to všetci mysleli dobre, ale ja som sa dostal do situácie, keď očakávali, že zaplatím 120 € za noc za fúkanie hudby, žiadnu wifi a službu odbavenia cez hodinu cez polnoc. Nazývať to „boutique“ hotelom je pre mňa veľmi zavádzajúce, pokiaľ ide o služby, ktoré by sa od nich očakávali.
Myslím, že mali rozumné alternatívne možnosti:
• neprijať rezerváciu s vedomím, že by nebola možná primeraná registrácia, ktorú nemohli doručiť
• byť úprimný, pokiaľ ide o čas potrebný na dokončenie mojej registrácie: čo mi umožní odmietnuť a rezervovať si iný hotel
• Umiestnite ma do tichej chatky blízko bazéna, aby som predišiel akémukoľvek ďalšiemu rušeniu po takom nepríjemnom začiatku s vedomím, že musím
ísť na druhý deň do práce
Zamyslite sa preto dvakrát: ak ste tu pracovne, vyhnite sa za každú cenu!

Zostal som v tomto ubytovacom zariadení od 20. septembra do 3. októbra v jednoizbovom byte (s manželom).
Výhody:
Malá nehnuteľnosť, ale dobre umiestnená v centre Playa de las Americas, s množstvom supermarketov a reštaurácií v okolí.
Veľmi pekný bazén s množstvom lehátok, takže miesto sa vždy našlo.
Raňajky boli vynikajúce, pokiaľ ide o kvalitu aj výber, a personál raňajkovej miestnosti bol veľmi efektívny a super milý (ďakujem, Irina).
Byt bol pekný a vybavený všetkým, čo potrebujete, so super pohodlnými posteľami.
Plážové osušky boli k dispozícii na požiadanie (za zálohu), veľmi pekné a veľké a dali sa denne meniť.
Veľmi príjemný personál (ako už bolo spomenuté, najmä Irina).
nevýhody:
Nehnuteľnosť nemá klimatizáciu (aj keď som o nej vedel, prvé dva dni bolo ťažké spať).
Bol mi pridelený byt s výhľadom na pešiu ulicu, takže keď sme jedli na terase, nemali sme výhľad; namiesto toho sme videli bočnú fasádu veľkého hotela.
Nakoniec, keďže súčasťou nehnuteľnosti sú aj súkromné apartmány, ku ktorým personál nemá čo povedať ani konať, pár nocí nás rušili narodeninové oslavy alebo jednoducho drzí ľudia, ktorí kričali v rôznych záhradách až do neskorej noci.
Ale opäť je to kvôli hrubosti ľudí, nie personálu nehnuteľnosti.
Vrátil by som sa?
Asi áno, nie do bytu, ale do bungalovu v lepšej lokalite.
