Other than location rooms were dirty Matressses(ours were faecal and urine stained & emitted a foul odour Very dated bathrooms & ineffective tap hardware. Food was hit & miss. Pool shower was fitted with slippery rubber mat(hazard waiting to happen !). Office staff were very good at deflecting with promises to escalate the concern/ not following through and not forthcoming with solutions rather surprised that there were no toiletries in the bathroom or the tea and coffee as we were not self catering. They promote themselves as a 5 star but not even a 3 star. Beware
