Kassavetis Center Hotel Studios & Apartments recenzie 

Our experience with this hotel was extremely disappointing. Upon arriving late at night, we found the rooms in a completely unacceptable condition: there were hairs, ants, and centipedes everywhere in the rooms. It was impossible to stay there under such conditions. Despite contacting the hotel immediately, they only offered solutions for the following morning, such as cleaning or room changes, but none of these addressed the urgent need for a safe and clean place to sleep that night. We had no choice but to find alternative accommodation. When we requested a refund, the hotel refused and instead offered a voucher for a future stay. This is unacceptable, as we have no plans or ability to return to this destination. Their so-called “gesture of goodwill” feels hollow and unhelpful. I would strongly advise against booking this hotel due to their lack of responsiveness, poor hygiene standards, and refusal to take proper responsibility for their guests’ experiences.

Hotel je pomerne jednoduchý a veľmi dobrý pre ľudí, ktorí nie sú obzvlášť nároční. Nachádza sa v meste s autobusovým spojením, supermarketmi, reštauráciami a barmi. More je tiež blízko, ale pre dobrú pláž sa musíte trochu prejsť. Tlak vody v kúpeľni bol príliš slabý. Ale personál je veľmi priateľský a užitočný. O čistotu a čerstvé uteráky sa každý deň starali komorné Alma, jej sestra Bruna a Prena. Bol som tam hosťom v druhej polovici septembra a bol som veľmi spokojný.
