The Alex recenzie 

The staff at the Alex are magnificent and went above and beyond for us. My husband and I flew into Athens the night before hopping on a cruise ship. Our flight from the US was delayed 6 times so we missed our connection in London to Athens. Our flight to Athens also had a 2 hour delay. This was all due to heavy fog in London. We booked a car service through the Alex to pick us up from the airport, so needless to say, there was a lot of reorganizing and rescheduling that had to happen, and every time I had to re-contact them they calmly assured me they would be there to get us. Once we got to the hotel it was already dark so we didn’t get to see the ocean on the drive, but were quickly ushered in and the front desk clerk even helped with our luggage. The driver was great too. We spent a lovely night in a clean, comfortable room with an excellent rain shower, and awoke the next morning to a gorgeous view of the sea in front of us. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast in their lounge overlooking the ocean, where I had avocado toast and poached eggs with a pie size/shaped piece of the most beautiful feta I have every had. It was probably too much but I ate the whole thing! It was so delicate and not overpowering like the feta in the States is. I absolutely will dream of this feta for years to come. Anyway, we had the hotel get us a car to the pier, and again had plenty of help with our luggage. Everyone was excellent – friendly, welcoming, and eager to assist - from front desk to restaurant staff. I would highly recommend this hotel to travelers coming to the Athens-Piraeus area. I will stay again for sure.

Vynikajúci hotel vo všetkých smeroch. Výborná poloha. Kvalita zostavenia Výborná. Personál je perfektný, na všetkých pozíciách. Tempo udával zodpovedný človek, ktorého meno by som mal poznať, no vysoký chudý a všadeprítomný celý deň.

Izba je dosť malá (myslím, že len v Japonsku by mal človek posteľ rovno od dverí a kúpeľňa je ešte menšia), centralizovaná klimatizácia môže v noci otravovať, ale okrem toho ach...jo. .. bože, aký úchvatný výhľad zo strechy a služba je bezchybná. Toto je jeden z mála hotelov, kde sa raňajky podávajú à la carte, priamo v hornej časti reštaurácie Nest. Veľmi spokojní s naším výberom, mali sme tu skvelý čas.

Tento hotel sa nachádza na pokojnom mieste, ideálny na plavbu. Personál je super priateľský, vždy ochotný a kedykoľvek k dispozícii
