UNACCEPTABLE. Yesterday when we arrived, nobody was here to welcome us, we stayed in front of the door, trying to call you but no answers at all from you. We are very Lucky because after 15 minutes waiting we met one very nice woman who was going to the beach who stoped because she knew you and helped us to come inside the room (which is not an hotel like written in the website, it's a room and absolutly not 3 stars : no shampoo and shower gel, mini bathroom you can't move inside... but that is just a detail). The best is now !! You needed photos of our passeport and instead of send me a message when we arrived or come to see us or call us, you sent someone to give big loud punches at the door at 8:00 in the morning to have photos of our passeports. Your welcome is just UNACCEPTABLE and lamentable, we have never seen that before and have never been welcomed like that.

Es ist kein Hotel sondern ein sehr kleines Zimmer in einer kleinen Gasse . • Keine Küche • Kein Frühstück • Kein kleiderschrank • Lose Kabel hängen aus der Wand • Bad sehr klein • Keine Ablagen im Bad • Kleine Gasse riecht es nach Urin • Kaum Tageslicht

Super freundlicher Kontakt! Zimmer ist gut und entsprach unseren Erwartungen!!! Sehr empfehlenswert!!!
