Adevărat hotel de 5 ⭐! La început de iunie, totul la superlativ. Curățenie, super angajați și prezenți peste tot, mancarea e ce trebuie iar în privința băuturilor sunt din clasa premium. Din punctul meu de vedere e nr. 1 în Sunny Beach!

The most horrible experience I've ever had in a hotel that claims to be 5 stars! I wouldn't give it 1 star. We arrived today for 4 nights30.05. Room number 1013 From the moment we arrived, it was full of problems, terrible and rude service from all the employees, every request of ours was completely ignored, even though we asked several times, the room smelled of mold, and a terrible smell of sewage from the bathroom, the room was dirty and there was even hair in the sink and toilet!!!!! In the shower, the switch that controls the water flow and also where the water comes out of the head/top is broken and doesn't work. We spoke to the reception manager and also the hotel manager, everyone ignored and with a rude and unhelpful attitude, there were 3 groups of friends who were supposed to arrive on the second day, we told them not to come here at all!! We are shocked by the service!!!! The indoor pool is supposed to be heated and it was ice cold! Except for the reception staff, no one speaks English. Anyone who wants to come to this area should stay away from this hotel!

Okrem bolesti brucha bol pobyt príjemný. Veľmi milý a profesionálny personál. Fantastický výhľad. Jedlo bolo bohužiaľ na tej horšej strane.

Jeden z najkrajších hotelov, v ktorých som zostal. Čistý pohodlný, milý priateľský personál a určite odporúčam a vrátim sa. Ak bolo nejaké negatívne, bolo to, že 2 ďalšie možnosti stravovania ešte neboli otvorené. Aj keď to pre mňa nebolo veľké negatívum, mohlo by to byť, keby tam niekto bol 2 týždne, pretože jedlo by sa mohlo trochu opakovať a byť studené.

Fabulous adults only hotel at the right end of Sunny Beach. Beautiful room with stunning views, immaculately clean everywhere, great choice of food and drinks and I highly recommend booking a few Spa treatments.

Táto destinácia spolu so zamestnancami bola taká dobrá, že som si už rezervoval návrat!

Toto miesto má všetko! Krásny personál, krásne a zdravé jedlo, veľké izby s nádherným výhľadom! Určite sa vrátim!
